Barbara has been a loyal employee of DeCarlo & Doll for more than 36 years! She obtained her education at Southern Connecticut State University and the University of New Haven. Barbara manages the company finances, financial reporting, forecasting, budgets and more. She is a skilled leader who is counted on to help drive the success of the company.
Besides her financial responsibilities, Barbara naturally wears many additional hats. She is a resource for staff answering many day-to-day operational questions, has managed the human resource functions of the firm for many years, and easily fills the role of company historian as well.

Bob obtained his Bachelor of Science from Lehigh University and his Masters of Architecture from Yale University. He has been working in the field of architecture for 42 years. Bob is a Licensed Architect in Connecticut and New York and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
Heading DeCarlo & Doll's Architecture Studio, Mr. Grzywacz has designed over 1,000,000 sf of corporate and institutional interiors. He has designed small and large type projects as well as renovation and new construction projects. Over his 40+ years of experience, he has functioned as project manager, programmer, planner, space, building and site designer, code analyst, developer of construction documents, and construction administrator. His projects have been recognized with a number of prestigious awards.

Bruce completed his education at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut. He also holds a Roadmaster/Road Scholar and Legal Traffic Authority Certification from UCONN Transportation Institute and Technology Transfer Center.
Bruce has spent 35 years in the construction industry, most of that time with the city of Milford where he was Director of Public Works as well as Assistant to the Mayor. Bruce has expertise in Bridge and Structure Design, Highway Design, Traffic and Safety Engineering, Construction Engineering & Inspection (Road & Bridge), Environmental Planning Studies & Regulatory Permitting, and Modal Transportation Studies.
Peter obtained his education at the University of New Haven in Public Administration and has worked in the government and economic development industry for more than 50 years! He has extensive experience with municipal government projects including economic development, community development, municipal development plans and grant application assistance. Peter held a variety of local government positions in his earlier years and later spent many years as Ansonia's Redevelopment Director, followed by Deputy Commissioner of the Connecticut Department of Economic Development before moving to his current position as Vice President and Director of Marketing at Luchs and DeCarlo & Doll. During his municipal and state service, Peter was directly involved with virtually every city and state agency. He has assisted both public and private parties from start to finish in development projects including initial planning, local financing authorization, referendums, design development, construction and occupancy.
Ron obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut in 1984 and his Master of Science Degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of New Haven in 1989. With over 30 years of experience in the field of engineering, Mr. Nault has performed all aspects of engineering including field investigation, study, design and construction. He is currently responsible for directing engineering, field and technical staff in the preparation of studies, designs, permitting and negotiations with regulatory agencies. Ron is a Registered Engineer in CT, RI, ME, MA, FL, OH, NY, NH, and VT.
