Allie Davis

Allie Davis attended Tulane University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science and a Master's in Business Administration. After receiving her undergraduate degree in Biology, she worked as a software consultant for numerous oil and gas companies before returning to Tulane to receive her MBA. While pursuing an MBA with a focus in finance, Allie interned at Hines in their commercial real estate development department. Following graduation, she was employed by PwC as a valuations associate helping companies unlock deal value following a merger, acquisition, or divestiture. Allie joined the Davis Holdings, LP team in January of 2020, assisting in property management, leasing and redevelopment. In her spare time, Allie enjoys hiking, Orangetheory Fitness, and spending time with family and friends. AFFILIATIONS: TREC Kappa Kappa Gamma

Carrie Khattou

Job Titles:

Carrie brings 15 years plus of experience in the commercial real estate industry with her to the Davis family of companies as well as over 20 years of experience working with family-owned businesses. Her expertise includes NNN leases, gross leases, commercial retail shopping centers, office buildings, and raw land acquisitions.

John Singletary

Job Titles:
  • Property & Construction Manager
John's career in commercial real estate management and construction spans over 25 years. He spent 15 years as the Senior Property Manager in the industrial division for Trammell Crow Company, where he achieved his CPM designation thru IREM and his RPA thru BOMA. During his 5 years as a general contractor he was responsible for acquiring accounts including Weingarten, Trammell Crow, Prologis, Transwestern, CB Commercial and the Billingley Companies. John has been a part of the real estate team at Davis Holdings since May 2016. In addition to acting as a Property Manager, John manages all new construction- including complete building remodels, tenant build outs, permits, and repairs. His construction and management background allows him to assist on both the development and operational sides of the company.

Kate Davis

Kate Davis graduated from the University of Georgia in 2015 Cum Laude with dual degrees in Economics and English. Kate joined Davis Holdings, L.P. in 2017 after three years of working for start-up software companies. Since joining Davis Holdings, L.P., Kate has focused on the entire Davis Holdings portfolio, and handles all leasing, marketing, and development. She has successfully lead and managed the redevelopment and releasing of three properties- Baybrook Terrace, Dashwood North, and 1500 McGowen. Kate brings her youthful entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and ambition to the Davis Holdings team. Kate Davis graduated from the University of Georgia in 2015 Cum Laude with dual degrees in Economics and English. At UGA, she was involved in several organizations, including the college newspaper the Red & Black, The Odyssey Newspaper, Athens Scene Newspaper, the American Enterprise Institute (interning there in the summer), Kappa Kappa Gamma, and the Lone Star Charity Two-Step Committee (where she became Chairman).

Lance Davis

Job Titles:

Lance Davis graduated the University of Texas in 1977 and later that year came to work for Davis Bros. He began his career in property management; overseeing daily operations of all Davis Bros. shopping centers, including negotiating new leases and renewals. His time in management helped him with his later role, handling site selection for all new developments and acquisitions. Mr. Davis began to negotiate construction loans, permanent loans, construction contracts, and oversee all development activities of the company. Some of his early projects included land acquisition and development of Baybrook Terrace at Baybrook Mall, Northpoint Square Shopping Center, two shopping centers on Dashwood in the Sharpstown area, and later, Alden Bridge in the Woodlands, Summit Square on 59 & Buffalo Speedway, and Pecan Grove Shopping Center in Fort Bend County to name a few. Additionally, Mr. Davis successfully ground leased the former West Building land (in Downtown Houston) to Hines, where the 1,200,000 square foot office tower B.G. Group Place stands today. Over time, Mr. Davis became skilled in all facets of real estate ownership, including management, leasing, construction oversight, risk management, legal, operating and negotiating limited partnerships with equity partners, architectural oversight, adaptation and reuse, complex legal structures when necessary, and other finer points of real estate operations from acquisition and disposition. Mr. Davis continues his education by attending seminars and workshops and conventions often times sponsored by ICSC, American Building Association, Venture Capital Associations, and other professional associations involving real estate ownership and Venture Capital. Through the years Mr. Davis has developed personal associates, with real estate brokers, bankers, mortgage lenders and brokers, real estate investors, attorneys, property owners and others whose respect is essential to become successful in the real estate industry.

Lisa Dellinger

Lisa graduated from Southwest Texas State University in 2002. She graduated with Cum Laude honors earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing. As a native Houstonian, Lisa returned to Houston and started a career in residential real estate working for several large custom homebuilders. During her time in real estate, Lisa was a Million Dollar "PRISM" Award winner, voted Top Sales Performer, and had a 100% Customer Satisfaction rating by the Woodlands O'Brian Survey. Lisa joined the Davis family in 2010. Her sales experience in real estate prepared her for building long lasting relationships with Davis' oil and gas, real estate, and banking partners. As office administrator, Lisa has streamlined hiring and administrative processes, facilitated a hardware migration, served as project manager for the renovation of Davis' new office space, and coordinated the company's move to 1500 McGowen. When she is not working, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband, David and her two sons, fishing, playing golf, and traveling. AFFILIATIONS: S.I.F.E. Patrick Kelleher

Pat graduated from the University of Southern California in 1978. He began his career working at Exxon Company USA as a production geologist and later worked in the drilling group. In 1981, he joined Cockrell Oil Corp working as an exploration geologist in the Yegua and Wilcox trend of southeast Texas.

Ross Davis

Ross Davis graduated from the University of Texas on 1980 with a B.S. in Geology and then received an MBA at the University of Texas in 1982.

Stacie Keneker - CFO

Stacie Keneker graduated from Baylor University in 1996. Upon graduation, she began working at Arthur Andersen as a staff auditor. During her six years at Andersen, she progressed to an experienced Manager.
