She is survived by her brother Crawford, predeceased by her sisters Margaret Peterson and Shirley Trafelet. From 1955 until 1 year ago, Betty and Bob lived in Kincardine. Betty was an active member of the United Church Women's Group and had many good friends there. She was down to earth, easy to be with, and always made everyone feel comfortable. She was quick to laugh, didn't take herself seriously, had a big soft heart and was always happy to hold a baby. Although a stroke 2 years ago affected her ability to say the things she wanted, the one phrase she could always say, clearly and often, was "I love you dear". We always knew that she loved us, and we loved her in return.
