For David Pearson, the road from Tifton, Georgia to Nashville, Tennessee was the path to realizing a dream. Like so many other Nashville residents, Music City called to the musician and songwriter in David. "I literally graduated High School on a Friday and moved to Nashville on Monday " he reminisces. Once in Nashville, David attended Belmont University as a Music Business major. David was also a founding member of Belmont's first National Fraternity - Phi Delta Theta. Living in the heart of Tennessee awakened his passion for Music City! That very passion for the city is what lead him to a career in Nashville Real Estate.
In 2000, David became a licensed Real Estate Agent and quickly honed his skills in the Middle Tennessee market. In 2003, David became a licensed Mortgage Broker, adding a unique level of expertise uncommon among other agents. In 2004, he became a Real Estate Broker, earning the capability to open his own firm and expand his services. This combination of credentials allows David to be a specialized agent who can advise on building, investing, buying and selling, plus navigating the vast sea of mortgage lending choices.
David has helped hundreds of Middle Tennessee families, turning their dreams to reality. He has in-depth experience with residential development, investment, residential construction as well as buying/selling existing properties. His focus: to offer high-level, multi-tiered real estate and lending services with specialized one-on-one attention and unmatched dedication. David is an active member of St. Georges Episcopal Church and loves his Vanderbilt Condo that he shares with his 13 yr.
On any given evening you may find David singing at a local music venue or at the legendary Bluebird Cafe or enjoying other Nashville flair. "Maybe it's destiny that my office in Green Hills is next door to the Bluebird Cafe. I'm lucky that my passions of Real Estate and Music meet every morning in the parking lot." he muses.

Keely graduated from the University of Mississippi for Women with a BFA in Interior Design. Immediately following graduation, during a two week trip backpacking in Europe, she applied for a position as a personal assistant on the Rolling Stones European Tour, and had her first job! When the tour ended, Keely moved to Boston and was employed by a leading architectural firm as a model maker, and then as a brokers' assistant for a top commercial real estate firm. Deciding to leave the long winters of Boston behind, Keely moved to Nashville in 2011. Keely grew up in Shreveport, Louisiana playing high school golf and lacrosse. She enjoys concerts, outdoor activities, traveling, and following the Boston Red Sox and Nashville Predators. With her love of music and sports, Nashville has proven to be the perfect fit for Keely.
As a Buyer Specialist and Affiliate Broker, Keely assists clients in all aspects of the home buying process. Keely takes pride in negotiating for her buyers and has a passion for helping them find the perfect place to call home!
found his way from Owensboro, KY to Nashville, TN when he attended Belmont University. Once here, he fell in love with Music City and decided to put down roots. Ross began his career in real estate in 2002, working for a local home builder. Since that time, Ross has helped countless clients find their perfect homes in this amazing city!
He works with a wide range of clients through all facets of real estate. Helping his clients in buying, selling, new construction, investments, consulting, etc. You name it, he's done it! Ross takes pride in playing a small, yet instrumental part in his client's next chapter.
Ross lives in the Nolensville area and is married with two children, Annaross and Hudson. When he's not selling houses, you may find him busy in his three-car brewery crafting his next batch.
