Delphi is a retained financial services search boutique based in Hong Kong. Delphi was set up in January 2002 by a team originally from Heidrick & Struggles who left to join Korn/Ferry and subsequently founded Delphi. All Consultants come from the financial industry. They bring with them broad, deep and relevant domain expertise... Delphi works with a select number of clients. A smaller number of clients implies a more effective partnership and ensures that confidentiality and quality of search are maintained. We provide a bespoke service, forging close personal relationships with both clients and candidates... Over the years, Delphi's select client base has been built on referrals and recommendations. Clients, who have learned first hand about our capabilities, have unhesitatingly referred us both internally and externally. Our clients are major investment banks, asset management houses, hedge funds and private banks - relationships we have developed and nurtured over the years.
