In 1997 Davis Property & Investment was founded by Bill and Jeff Davis. The early part of the company's existence consisted of mostly property management assignments, and soon grew into multiple development projects simultaneously. DPI was one of the first pioneers buying land in two very young sub-markets of Sumner located in Pierce County and Lacey in Thurston County.
