In her free time, you will find her reading, watch movies, and listening to podcasts.
Ashley was born and raised in Florida. She graduated from FSU "Go Noles" with a Bachelor's Degree in Science. She enjoys working at Davron because of the laid back atmosphere and the ability to learn something new. Friend and family would describe her as outgoing, friendly, easy to get along with, loyal, and dedicated. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and children. What drivers her daily is the ability to do well and be successful.

A Florida Native, Austin is born and raised in Tampa. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of South Florida, Go Bulls! He enjoys working out and spending time with his family. His ambition and hard working attitude make him a great fit for the DAVRON family. Austin has a secret talent of dominating at the videogame, Halo. He is driven to do well for his family. If he could travel anywhere, he would go to Switzerland. Austin's favorite part about working at DAVRON is the culture and friendly atmosphere.
Bryan moved to Florida from Illinois roughly 15 years ago. He received Bachelor of Psychology from Illinois State University. You can find him fly fishing for trout, taking pictures, traveling, or collecting and selling records when he's not at work. His driving force is relating to people. He likes DAVRON for the companies friendliness and enthusiasm for recruiting. His life moto is "So if you are the big tree, we are the small axe. Ready to cut you down, to cut you down" - Bob Marley.

Christian is originally from Rochester, NY. He loves to develop rapport and build relationships with clients and candidates, and his experience with business development and sales makes him a great compliment to the DAVRON recruitment team. His favorite thing about DAVRON is how the thermostat is kept at a sensible 74 degrees. Many appreciate his sense of humor and easy going demeanor. He lives by the motto, "You miss 100% of the shots you don't take," as quoted by both Wayne Gretzky and Michael Scott. He is motivated by having dead presidents in his wallet, and in his spare time enjoys fitness and exercising. If Christian could travel anywhere in the world, it would be an epic vacation to see the sights and sounds of Spain.
David relocated from Philadelphia to Florida around ten years ago. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida, and a Master of Science in School Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. He likes family bike rides, fantasy football, and barbecues in his free time. If asked to characterize David, his friends would say that he is "lighthearted, goofy, and sincere." He is happiest about being apart of the DAVRON family because of the people he gets to work with.

Gabriel is from Costa Rica and has been in Florida for the past four years. Others describe him as a peaceful person who enjoys laughing a lot. He enjoys playing video games, working on digital art, playing his guitar, and going on hikes when he is not working. When asked why he likes working at DAVRON, he expressed "I enjoy the way the management team treats their employees with respect."
Jacob was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He is pursuing his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. The casual atmosphere and solid leadership drew him to the Davron. Jacob enjoys playing instruments, listening to music, flying drones, and learning new skills in his spare time. His friends will describe him as smart, creative, and logical.
Jesse was born in New York and moved to Florida 18 years ago. He attended the University of South Florida where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology. He enjoys spending time with his kids, listening to music, and riding bikes. He joined the DAVRON family because he likes the atmosphere and is motivated by happiness.
Lacy is a fourth generation native to Florida. She was raised in the Land O' Lakes area where she still enjoys spending time on the lake water skiing, fishing, and exploring the outdoors. Her experience in finance, customer service, and business operations makes her a great fit for the DAVRON family. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children and husband. If she could take a vacation anywhere it would be to the Florida Keys where you could kick back, relax, and enjoy the waves!
Leah was born in North Dakota, but raised in Land O Lakes, Florida, certainly considering herself a "Florida Girl". Leah is DAVRON's enforcer; she's responsible for making sure all DAVRON's gears are grinding while planning for the company's future. She created the company website, several job sites for posting, and its social media accounts. She is also part of our Career Counseling and Outplacement services team, providing professional resume writing services and training to help job seekers find new employment opportunities. Her favorite things about DAVRON are the environment and the family. She loves that the office is conducive of productivity and full of creativity. She enjoys tinkering with her house, gardening, and immersing herself into DIY projects. She has a hidden talent of crafts and if she could take a vacation anywhere, it would be to thru-hike the Appalachian Trails.
Sam, a Henderson State University alumnus, moved to Florida a little more than seven years ago. "They value their employees," he said when he joined the DAVRON team. He can devote more time to his hobbies, which include being a musician, fishing, and participating in numerous sports, because of the work-life balance. Making a positive impact on people and the potential to make money motivate him. Sam is thought to be a patient and nice person. "Everything occurs for a reason," is his life motto.
Sasha is native to New Jersey, Sasha moved to Florida about 2 years ago. She enjoys swimming, reading, and spending time with her family. Her focus and determination make her a great fit for the DAVRON family. Sasha has a secret talent of cooking! She is motivated to be the best she can be every day. If she could travel anywhere, she would go to Greece. Sasha's favorite part about working at DAVRON is the easy-going environment.
