Albert C. Lisbona graduated from Clifton High School in 1959. He graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1964. In 1968, he received his J.D. degree from New York Law School and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar. Mr. Lisbona is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, Passaic County Bar Association, and the New Jersey Defense Association.
He presided as the Municipal Judge of the Borough of Totowa from 1978 until 2002. He holds the rank of Advocate in the American Board of Trial Advocates. In 1982, Mr. Lisbona was certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court.
Daniel L. Martin graduated from Hamilton High School in 1946. He received his A.B. degree from Rutgers University in 1950, "Magna Cum Laude," Phi Beta Kappa. He was commissioned as a Lieutenant in the United States Air Force, serving in the Air Force Strategic Air Command as an Electronics Countermeasures Officer from 1950 to 1953. He received his J.D. degree from the University of Michigan Law School in 1955, and was admitted to the New York Bar in 1956. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and the United States Supreme Court in 1972. Mr. Martin practiced corporate law as an associate and partner in New York firms from 1956 to 1980. He served as Secretary and General Counsel to the American Football League from 1996 through 1970. Mr. Martin was Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of several corporations from 1980 through 1993, and has been Counsel to Dwyer Connell & Lisbona since 1972. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association and Essex County Bar Association.
Donald S. De Dio graduated from Bergenfield High School in 1981. In 1985, he graduated from Seton Hall University obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree with "Magna Cum Laude" distinction. He graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1988 when he was admitted to the New Jersey Bar. Mr. De Dio attended the Seton Hall University School of Law, Inn of Court Program in advanced trial techniques. Mr. De Dio was elected a Trustee of the Bergenfield Board of Education. He serves as the Municipal Prosecutor for the Borough of Woodland Park and the Borough of Totowa. In 2003, Mr. De Dio was certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court.
Donald T. Okner graduated from Irvington High School and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He graduated from St. John's University School of Law receiving his J.D. degree in 1971, when he was admitted to the New Jersey Bar.. He was admitted to the United States Supreme Court in 1978. In 1994, he was admitted to the Colorado Bar. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, the Sussex County Bar Association, and the New Jersey Defense Association. Mr. Okner has been an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association since 1981 and serves as court appointed Arbitrator in the Morris/Sussex Vicinage. He served in the United States Naval Reserve from 1972 to 1974. He is indexed in "Who's Who in American Law, 9th Edition." In 1983, Mr. Okner was certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court.
James R. Connell graduated from Seton Hall Preparatory School in 1981. He graduated Providence College receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in 1985. In 1988, Mr. Connell graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar.
Mr. Connell served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Carol A. Ferentz, Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division, simultaneously serving as a Mediator in the Settlement and Mediation Program of the Special Civil Part in Essex County. William T. Connell graduated from Essex Catholic High School, Newark, NJ in 1967. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Providence College in 1971 and his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1976. He became a member of the New Jersey Bar and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 1977, the District of Columbia Bar in 1979, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in 1984, and the United States Supreme Court in 2018. Mr. Connell was an Investigator with the Commercial Union Assurance Companies in 1971 and a Detective with the Essex County Prosecutor's Office from 1971 to 1977.
