Dave Weiss, Jr jokes that he's been in the insurance business since he was 5 years old because his father Dave Sr used to bring him along to appointments as a child. However, Dave Jr "officially" started with Dempsey, Weiss & Associates in September of 1999.
During his tenure, he has served as the Chairman of the Eastern Senior Agent group for the Northeast and Great Atlantic Regions of American National, has qualified for 16 President's Clubs, and is a proud qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table.
In Feb 2023, Dave Jr. was inducted into the Senior Agent Hall of Fame. His father, Dave Sr. is a previous inductee, making them the first father & son, to be in the Senior Agent Hall of Fame in the organization's 70-year history!
Dave Jr and his team deliver dedication, professionalism, and care to every matter their clients come across, whether big or small.
When not meeting with his clients Dave Jr enjoys playing golf, coaching soccer, being on a beach, or taking in a sporting event. Dave Jr has been married to his wife, Theresa since August 2002 and has 3 children, one currently attending the University of South Carolina.
Dave Weiss is a general partner of Dempsey, Weiss & Associates. DWA was established in 1989 and focuses on the insurance and financial needs of small business owners.
Dave earned his LUTCF designation in 1996, his CLU in 2002, and his ChFC in 2005. He has won several industry awards and is a Qualifying Top of the Table and Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table. MDRT membership is reserved for the top 2% of life insurance and financial planners in the world. Dave has won the NSAA, NQA, and Multiline Sales Awards several times. In 2022 he was inducted into Marquis Who's Who.
In 2003 Dave was inducted into the Farm Family Hall of Fame. In 2016 he was inducted into the American National Hall of Fame, becoming only the 9th person in their 100-plus years of business, to be recognized with this honor.
Dave has been an agent with Farm Family/American National for over 40 years and has been assisting his clients with their investment planning since 1998.
Dave resides in Mullica Hill, NJ with his fiancée Robyn and has 2 sons in the business with him.

Emili Dempsey is an insurance agent at Dempsey, Weiss and Associates with 12 years of insurance experience. Prior to becoming an agent, she was an Account Executive and worked alongside agents to assist their clients with their insurance needs. Emili then transitioned to the Director of Customer Service role where she managed the Account Executives within the Customer Service Department.
Emili has a strong desire to help others and see local communities grow. She obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and earned her CISR designation in 2021.
Emili resides in Pennsville, NJ with her family and enjoys spending her free time with her nieces, nephews and friends. She is also a certified yoga instructor and teaches in Pitman, NJ.
Jack D. Dempsey, General Partner & CLU, ChFC, LUTCF, MSFS has been a General Partner with Dempsey Weiss & Associates since 1989.
He has been an Agent and General Agent with American National for 38 years and a Registered Representative with American Portfolios, now Advisor Group, for 21 years.
Jack holds professional memberships with the National Association of Financial Advisors, the Society of Financial Services Professionals, Million Dollar Round Table, and Kingdom Advisors to name a few.
Jack Dempsey is one of only a handful of producers within American National to be inducted into both the Senior Agent Hall of Fame and General Agent Hall of Fame.
Jack is actively involved with his church where he currently serves as a deacon. He is married to Lisa. Between them, they have eight children and eight grandchildren. Jack enjoys hiking the area's walking trails with his wife.
Joel Dempsey is an insurance agent at Dempsey Weiss & Associates with over 8 years of insurance experience. Before becoming an agent, Joel worked on recruiting and onboarding new agents before transitioning to an agent role. Joel has a strong desire in helping others and is committed to helping his clients protect what they value most.
Joel proudly served in the United States Air Force with deployments of service about Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Unified Protector, earning The Air Force Achievement Medal and NATO Medal.
Joel has his bachelor's degree in Finance. He resides in Franklinville, NJ with his wife, Kerri, and three children, Olivia, Reagan, and Theo.

Staci is a 2001 graduate of Padua Academy in Wilmington Delaware, where she had a focus on Women's Studies. She then attended Cittone Institute, where in 2002 she completed her certification in Business Administration.
In 2003, the family business had an opening for a receptionist where she applied and interviewed for the position, and officially started her career at Dempsey, Weiss & Associates.
Staci has been a licensed insurance agent in New Jersey and Pennsylvania for the past 19 years specializing in working with agricultural and winery clients. Over her career, Staci has furthered her professional education by earning the LUTCF and FSS designations from the American College.
When not working with her valued clients, Staci serves as Board President for Meals on Wheels of Salem County, whose mission is to end senior hunger. Staci is blessed with 2 beautiful children, whom she shares with her husband John of 8 years.
