As well as our customer numbers and demand slowing for such services, we've seen massively increased costs on our side (from web hosting to our add-on suppliers) as well as personal issues which have affected the time available to work on DeckBooks. At the start of the year, we announced increased subscription costs which started on the 1st May 2023 to help with the increasing supplier costs that we could no longer financially absorb as well as switching our support channels to email-only in an effort to further reduce costs.
