Decisions in Care, LLC was founded in 2001 by Susan Stuart, who is focused on providing high quality services to the elderly and disabled consumers of New Mexico... Within our team, we have National Certified Guardians as well as a National Master Guardian, all of whom are also nationally certified long-term care managers. Our care managers are experienced in hospice, adult day services, home care, medicaid programs and long distance caregiving. We are equipped to provide varied services to meet your particular needs, including individualized assessments and specific recommendations, Healthcare Power of Attorney and Guardianship services.
