Aileen Flach

Aileen Flach is the Vice President of Human Resources for DeCrescente Distributing Company. Aileen is responsible for overseeing all of DDC's HR functions, including employee recruitment and retention, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, human resource compliance, employee development and career pathing, human resources information systems and wellness programming. She works to ensure that DDC maintains its longstanding reputation as one of the Capital Region's Best Places to Work. Aileen has been PHR certified since 2006. She is also a graduate of the inaugural CRHRA Leadership Program, and currently serves as co-chair for the program. Aileen is an active member of the Capital Region Human Resource Association, the Society for Human Resource Management, and serves as Advisory Committee member for the HR Executive Briefing Series. Outside of work, Aileen lives in Castleton with her husband Kolby, their two sons, Landon and Luca and their two dogs. She enjoys working out and playing tennis, and almost all of her free time is spent on the sideline of her boys' soccer, basketball or tennis matches. Aileen holds a BS in Physical Education/Adult Fitness from SUNY Cortland, and a Master's Degree in Health Service Administration from Sage Graduate School.

Anthony (Tony) Ryan

Anthony (Tony) Ryan is the Vice President of Finance for DeCrescente Distributing Company. In 2006, Tony started at DDC as the Controller, and was promoted to Director and is now the VP of Finance. Tony's main responsibilities at DDC are managing the monthly financial reporting of the Company, reporting out the financial results to the Executive Team, as well as assisting in budgeting and forecasting future results. Tony is a 2017 graduate of Leadership Saratoga. Tony has been married for 15 years to his wife Erika, and they have two kids: Abby and Libby. Most of his free time is spent golfing, skiing, following the sport of horseracing year round, or at a soccer field cheering on both of his girls. Tony holds a BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Oswego.

Benn Kornstein

Benn Kornstein is the Director of Project Management for DeCrescente Distributing Company. Prior to Benn's current role, he was a Category Manager for DDC. Currently, Benn oversees the information technology department and directs many special projects to support company initiatives. He works directly with senior executives and departmental leaders to support the needs of the organization, with his main passion being to leverage technology and analytics to improve business processes in operations, logistics, sales, and accounting. Benn is a 2018 graduate of Leadership Tech Valley. Outside of work, Benn enjoys golf, skiing, hiking with his dogs, and spending time with family and friends around the BBQ. He resides in Delmar, NY with his wife Brittany, daughter Blake, and two Labrador Retrievers. Benn holds a BS in Psychology with a minor in Business Management, and earned an MBA, all from the University at Albany.

C.J. DeCrescente - President

C.J. DeCrescente has been the President of DeCrescente Distributing Company since 1997. Prior to being named president, C.J. worked various positions within the company since 1979. He is third generation, succeeding his grandfather and father who established the company in 1948.

Carmine DeCrescente III - VP

Carmine DeCrescente III is the Vice President of DeCrescente Distributing Company. Prior to being named Vice President, Carmine worked various positions within the company. Carmine currently leads all of DDC's service operations, as well as communications for the company. He is responsible for establishing and maintaining high-level business partner relationships, both internal and external to the company. As a key leader in the organization, he will work to influence new and existing customer partnerships, foster ongoing business growth throughout the organization and work on overall company strategy. Carmine is a member of Keg6 and is a 2016 graduate of Leadership Saratoga. He is a Certified Beer Server through the Cicerone Certification Program and has a level 2 credential with WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust). Carmine is also a member of Pabst Brewing Companies Distributor Council and a board member for the Capital Region Chamber of Commerce, as well as Discover Saratoga.

Christopher Loszynski

Christopher Loszynski is the Director of Warehouse Operations for DeCrescente Distributing Company. In 2008, Chris accepted the Controller position at DeCrescente Distributing Company and was later promoted to Director of Finance. In 2022, Chris moved to his current position, where he utilizes his cost-savings and operations skills to help our company improve warehouse processes and meet objectives set by our leadership team. Chris is a 2018 graduate of Leadership Institute through the Rensselaer County Regional Chamber of Commerce. Outside of work, most of Chris's free time is spent at the baseball/softball field or basketball court cheering on his kids, Aidan and Addison. He has been married for 14 years to his wife Sarah. Chris holds a BS in Accounting from The College of Saint Rose.

Ed Keis - CFO

Ed is the Chief Financial Officer for DeCrescente Distributing Company. Ed's responsibilities include the financial, tax, estate planning, banking, legal, acquisitions, lobbying, risk management and workers compensation areas for DDC and other related entities. Prior to DDC, Ed started with the International Accounting firm KPMG in 1971, progressing to Manager of the Private Business Department. After 10 years in Public Accounting in Buffalo, Ed returned to Albany as VP of Finance and owner of Keis Distributors, an Albany Miller/Heineken Distributor. Keis sold its operations to DDC in 1994. Ed is past Chairman and current Treasurer of the NYS Beer Wholesalers Association and on the board of the Global Foundry- Stillwater Foundation. He has served as the President of Summit Insurance, Ltd., and is founder and facilitator of the Summit Best Practices sessions. Ed represents Summit as Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board of the Captive Investors Fund that manages investments of over $5 billion in insurance reserves. Outside of work, Ed and Mary Anne, his wife of 47 years, enjoy spending free time at their ocean home in Gloucester. Ed holds a BS in Accounting from Canisius College, NYS CPA and earned an MBA in Finance from Canisius and State University of NY at Buffalo.

Katie Powers

Katie is the Executive Administrative Assistant for DeCrescente Distributing Company. Katie works directly with the President and CEO, and also provides day-to-day support to the entire Senior Team. Katie has been a key member of the DDC Employee Activity Committee (EAC), since its inception over 17 years ago. With the EAC, Katie helps to plan and execute many of the hallmark Company and community events that DDC is known for; including DDC Family Night at the Great Escape, the Children's Holiday party, and annual holiday caroling at numerous local organizations. She was the recipient of The DDC President's Award for Commitment in 2019. Outside of work, Katie likes to golf and spend time with her husband Glenn and her daughter Maggie. Katie continues to live in Mechanicville, where she grew up.

Kevin Spencer

Kevin Spencer is the Vice President of the Soft Drink Division for DeCrescente Distributing Company. Kevin leads and directs the department to exceed sales revenue, sales profitability and budgetary annual goals since the year 2000. Kevin's outlook on the Business is to find the brand or category that no one believes in and turn it into an industry success, while never compromising the current Suppliers that brought the Division to the dance. Kevin is currently a Board Member of the Northeast Independent Distributors Association (NIDA). He is driven to create a team first culture at DDC. One of Kevin's greatest accomplishments is winning the Keurig Dr. Pepper Winners Cycle Award year after year, despite challenging goals. Outside of work, when Kevin is not taking annual family trips, he is coaching his sons' youth sports teams (for the last 18 years!). Kevin has been married for 20+ years to his wife Annemarie and has four boys Mitchell, Shane, Kyle and Chase. Kevin holds a BS in Human and Social Services from Empire State College.

Matt DeCrescente

Matt is the IT Manager for DeCrescente Distributing Company. He has spent almost his whole career working in different capacities at DDC. Having to surmount the way business had always been done years prior, he significantly moved his department's workload forward using digital solutions to streamline old manual processes. Matt recognizes what drives productivity and how to work through team dynamics. Matt is a graduate of Leadership Tech Valley for the class of 2017. He is an active member of the community, serving in various capacities on charitable committees and mentorship programs.

Michael O'Malley - VP of Sales

Michael O'Malley is Vice President of Sales and Marketing for DeCrescente Distributing Company. Prior to his current role, Mike worked various positions within the company for the last 19 years. He now oversees a department of 150 employees. Mike's responsibilities include developing strategic sales and marketing goals for the company and partner breweries to ensure that they build strong brand equity in the marketplace. In his role, he plans, develops, implements, and evaluates all of the Company's advertising, merchandising, and promotions programs. Mike was the recipient of The DDC Hero Award in 2018. In 2019, he was a participant of the Real Men Wear Pink campaign, and was a crucial part of the Capital Region team who raised the most money in the entire country. Outside of work, Mike has been an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Siena College for the last several years. He lives in Delmar with his wife and two children and enjoys supporting their activities and skiing with them whenever time permits. Mike holds a BS in Economics from Gettysburg College and earned an MBA from RPI.

Russ Teplitzky

Russ is the General Manager for DeCrescente Distributing Company. He has 32 years of beverage experience with both distributors and suppliers. Russ has a responsibility for all sales, marketing, IT, and operations at DDC. He currently leads the strategic and tactical planning, direction and execution of business for all divisions at DDC, all while fostering a world class organizational culture that is focused on passion and personal/professional development. In his time at DDC, Russ has established numerous key relationships and partnerships with many organizations and councils, such as the American Diabetes Association (Executive Committee Member), Double H Ranch (Board Member), KEG 8, Molson Coors National Distributor Council, Constellation National Distributor Council, FIFCO USA National Distributor Council and Heineken USA Regional Council. Outside of work, Russ enjoys spending time with his wife, Cindy, and four children, Grace, Ryan, Caitlyn, and Charlotte. He is an accomplished power lifter and a fitness enthusiast. Russ holds a BS in Marketing from Stockton State College.

Ryan McGough

Ryan McGough is the Director of Pricing & Inventory for DeCrescente Distributing Company. Ryan is skilled in negotiation, sales, pricing strategy, inventory control, management, and account management. The background of sales, delivery, and overall supplier negotiation has given Ryan a solid base to make decisions that will help drive success for DDC's future. Ryan joined DDC as an On Premise Sales representative. He soon transitioned to an On Premise Sales District Manager. In 2008, Ryan was given the opportunity to become the Business Development Manager, focusing on price analysis and negotiation. This gave him the training needed to become Director of Pricing and inventory, and a current member of the DDC senior team. Ryan is a 2018 graduate of Leadership Saratoga. In 2014, Ryan won the DDC President's Award for Integrity. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys playing baseball, golfing, skiing, basketball and kayaking with his family. He resides in Saratoga County where he grew up and married his High School Sweetheart, Jodie. Together, they have 2 children: Reese and Addison, and spend most of their days being proud dance parents. Ryan holds a BS in Business Management from the Lally School of Management at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Thomas Turcotte

Tom is the Vice President of Operations for DeCrescente Distributing Company. Over his three decades with the Company, Tom worked in Merchandising, Sales and Marketing and Brand Management. For the past 18 years, Tom has served as the Vice President of Operations. During Tom's tenure in Operations, facility expansions have doubled the Company's footprint. For the past 10 years, Tom has been a member of the Operations Leadership Council (a beverage industry collective of operations leaders from across the country). Notably, Tom is also an original member of DDC's Employee Activity Committee, which sponsors fun and engaging activities for employees throughout the year.
