DELPHI TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS - Key Persons
James J. Trombly started Delphi Technology Solutions, Inc. following a 15-year career in the Emergency Medical Service industry. He has more than 25 years of experience in the IT field. As a field EMT, he worked municipal EMS contracts in Lowell with Care Ambulance Service and Peabody, Wakefield, Malden, Medford, Revere with Life-Line Ambulance Service. As Director of Operations for LifeLine Ambulance, he worked closely with police, fire and emergency management personnel from many regional and municipal agencies. As several companies were merged into American Medical Response, Jim became the North East Region's Information Technology Manager with responsibilities spanning from New Jersey out to Ohio and north to Maine. While developing Delphi Technology Solutions, Inc. he built strong relationships with numerous state, regional and municipal agencies by installing customized SharePoint products and providing system design, integration and support for law enforcement agencies.
Jim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Science and Computer Science, and he is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. His day-to-day responsibilities include network infrastructure design and security.
Joe brings 22 years of IT experience to the team, coming to Delphi from a position of area manager for TD Bank's IT PC/LAN team. His experience in supporting IT needs for both large and small office sites New England, and his skill with installation, support and maintenance of server, LAN, desktop infrastructure, and troubleshooting hardware and software made him a welcome addition to the team.
Patrick joined the Delphi team while studying at University of Lowell, working towards a degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering. Patrick has amassed considerable IT experience working in multiple police and fire departments during his Delphi tenure. Mr. McGondel is the primary contact for many of Delphi's Network Maintenance Contracts.
