Bruce joined DELC in August of 1997. Bruce brings to DELC over 25 years of experience and skill with stainless steel welding, manufacturing and installations.

Erik has nearly 30 years of design experience catering to the food processing industry. Erik has conducted sales, marketing and project co-ordination in the United States, Europe, China and Japan. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in mechanical Engineering, with a major in Thermodynamics. Two of his inventions have been patented and registered in Erik's name. During the years Erik has served as chairman for the Red Cross Blood Donor Provincial committee, and is a past and present member of several business associations and professional committees.
