Andrea McArthur

Andrea works to solve her clients' business needs, providing strategic recommendations to identify and support marketing objectives. With a reservoir of digital marketing knowledge and a traditional advertising background, she uses all available resources to build effective and efficient strategies. Expertise Andrea has worked at Destination Marketing since 2009 in a variety of roles - promotions, media buying, account manager, and project manager. Over the years, a driving interest in strategy development and new technology led her to specialize in online advertising and online retailing. A problem-solver at heart, Andrea excels at working one-on-one with clients to help them use the resources available to them to achieve continued growth for their business. Prior to Destination Marketing, Andrea worked in cable advertising sales at Comcast Spotlight and their interactive media department. Andrea is certified in Google Adwords Search and Display, as well as Google Analytics. She is experienced in SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing. Andrea has a BA in Advertising and Marketing from Pepperdine University and an MBA from the University of Washington with program emphasis on entrepreneurship and managing high-tech firms.

Expertise Brock is an experienced graphic designer with a passion for delivering purposeful creative for clients. He revels in the process of partnering with brands to bring their stories to life through bold imagery and impactful messaging. Brock's journey in design began as a store graphic artist for Whole Foods Market, where he created both digital and hand-rendered artwork to highlight local farms and makers. In more recent years, he led creative and marketing efforts for a prominent Washington dispensary. He brings a diverse skillset and a strong desire to collaborate to the Destination Marketing team.

Cameron Voetmann

Cameron's primary objective is to move his client's business forward with market research, project management, data analysis, regular meetings and client calls, and coffee. Lots and lots of hand-roasted coffee. Expertise Cameron's past exemplifies a well-balanced blend of research analysis meets creative thinking meets team collaboration meets grit. His background brings him big digital agency experience with clients such as Disney, Best Buy, and Tourism New Zealand, involvement with three start-ups (one that was so successful at evaluating the effectiveness of TV & Internet campaigns that it was purchased by Nielsen), and cutting-edge social analytics at Simply Measured. He's honed his work ethic around a data-driven approach that delivers on each client's business objectives.

Chris Settle

Chris leads the Destination team in all creative endeavors, providing vision, oversight, and expertise. Expertise Chris has worked with numerous agencies and public relations firms. His portfolio includes a diverse client list including Compaq, Starbucks, Microsoft, Schwartz Brothers Restaurants, Sleep Country Canada, Sono Bello, Super Supplements and Penguin Windows. Chris has a strong entrepreneurial bent, founding DesignSight, an award-winning, Seattle-based graphic design agency. He later managed the advertising design department for The Seattle Times. "My passion lies in helping clients realize their brand potential through sound visual strategy and smart design."

Clayton Bolinger

Dustin's expertise is essential because with most lead generation strategies, your website is the first step for prospects. Expertise Dustin has a Bachelors Degree in Web Design & Development with added emphasis in Web Business and Marketing. He has been working with the WordPress platform for the better part of a decade and specializes in using the Divi theme. Dustin has built websites for clients in a variety of industries, including Medical (hospitals, health departments, dentists, surgeons), Blogs (Food, Travel, Photography, Finance), Non-Profit, eCommerce, B2B, to name a few. Heather Taylor

Jennifer Rodriguez

As the Chief Marketing Strategist, she uses creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to find the right digital marketing solutions for each company she works with. Sarah is a graduate of San Diego State University. Expertise Sarah works in partnership with Destination Marketing to bring a wealth of both digital and traditional marketing experience. She is a strategic marketing professional with extensive experience in Direct Marketing, Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention, and Communications. Sarah has built several marketing departments from the ground up including corporate and product branding, business and sales collateral, marketing strategies, budget, and staff. She has also worked with numerous investors and entrepreneurs to determine the viability of new business ideas and has written several business plans which have raised over $20 million dollars in Venture Capital funding. As the Chief Digital Marketing Strategist, she uses creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to find the right digital marketing solutions for each company she works with. Scott Burns

Scott can be found in our Audio Production room, creating and assembling sound effects, performing voice-overs, and producing. Expertise Scott lives and breathes the world of sound design. He began experimenting with sound design at the age of 6 when he'd borrow his sister's toy reel-to-reel tape recorder and attempt to recreate episodes of the Flintstones. Since then he's applied his passion for creating imaginative audio pieces to national morning radio shows, video, film, and interactive media. Scott has won numerous Puget Sound Radio Broadcasters "Soundie" awards for his production and voice work, featuring impersonations of Andy Rooney, Barney Fife, and Tom Brokaw. Oddly, no one from the Flintstones was ever nominated…
