Dessy & Dessy was established in 1984, with the merging of the legal practices of Ronald D. Dessy and Fawn Kennedy Dessy. Prior to the merger, Ron Dessy's practice was in the fields of criminal law, family law and personal injury, whereas Fawn Dessy's practice was in the fields of real estate, business and landlord/tenant. The merger allowed Ron Dessy to direct his extensive jury and court trial experience into the practice established by Fawn Dessy, with the firm continuing in the fields of real estate, business and landlord/tenant... Dessy & Dessy has remained a small firm, providing hands-on, individualized services to its clients. In order to provide this type of service, it limits the number of new matters it undertakes to handle, so that it can provide timely and cost-effective legal counsel to its clients.
