Nora Crow joined the firm in 2016. Previously, she spent twelve years at a large local CPA firm, having promoted to the level of Audit Manager. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and with School Honors from California State University, Fresno in 2005, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an Accountancy Option. Nora became licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in 2006.
Outside of the office, Nora enjoys spending time with her husband and their three young children, amateur photography, gardening and travelling. She has been actively involved in the local Big Brothers Big Sisters chapter, both as a Big Sister and in the capacity of fundraising efforts, since 2006.

Tom Edginton joined when his Madera CPA practice merged with the firm in 2021.
Tom, a native of Michigan and a US Navy veteran, earned his Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Language and Literature in 1975 from Oakland University, Rochester, Michigan. He earned his Masters in Business Administration in 1978 and his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting in 1980, both from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, CA. He is a Certified Public Accountant in California and has been practicing public accounting since 1980.
