Feld Hyde, P.C. was founded on the shared vision of estate planning and tax, quickly becoming Birmingham's preferred "tax boutique" due to most of its attorneys holding a Master of Laws in Taxation degree.
In 2011 the firms merged, combining their strengths of tax support with comprehensive personal and business counsel. Today, Dominick Feld Hyde remains an agile firm with the ability to handle simple or complex legal matters. Emily is a member of the Birmingham Bar Association and the Alabama Bar Association.
In addition to being involved in her church, Emily is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Birmingham. She volunteers in children's schools and served for many years on the PTO board, including fundraiser chair, treasurer, and president.
Katie is an Associate in the Firm's Corporate and Estate Planning practice groups. A native of Birmingham, Katie graduated from Cumberland School of Law in 2017 with a dual J.D./M.B.A., and subsequently graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law with her L.L.M. in Taxation in 2018. She completed her undergraduate studies at Sewanee: The University of the South.

Locally, Kay has been recognized as a "Top Flight Attorney" and one of the "Top Women in Law" by B-Metro Magazine.
Lance was an Adjunct Professor to the Birmingham School of Law in 1988 and 1989 and is a member of the Alabama and Birmingham Bar Associations.
