Development Services Inc provides HOA and Association Management services. DSI was acquired by Alliance Management Partners LLC 2/1/2025... Jean Cariaga and Georgia Mackley started Development Services Inc. in 2000. Development Services Inc. grew from managing 10 subdivisions to over 90 in the Treasure Valley area. Georgia retired from DSI as of 1/1/19, and Jean continued as the sole owner with Shurie Urquidi as the companies Executive Manager. Jean sold Development Services Inc. ("DSI") to Alliance Management Partners LLC ("AMP") effective 2/1/25. We are excited to announce this acquisition and to pass the torch to Sean Igleski and Patrick Igleski, owners of AMP.
