David Woloviec

David Woloviec is the founder and Chief Growth Architect at DG Volo & Company. David draws on more than 25 years' experience in the strategy consulting and private equity sectors to deliver transformative growth solutions to private equity-owned portfolio companies. Earlier in his career, David was an Associate Partner with Oliver Wyman, where he specialized in business design and commercial strategy. He then went on to become Chief Sales & Marketing Officer of The Harvard Drug Group, a private equity-owned portfolio of seven companies serving the US healthcare sector. David holds an M.B.A (High Distinction) from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, and a B.A.Sc. (Industrial Engineering) from the Faculty of Applied Science & Engineering at the University of Toronto.

Kristen Barrett

Kristen Barrett is a Principal at DG Volo & Company and brings over 15 years of diverse professional experience to our group. She most recently served as the Executive Director of Strategy and Operational Excellence at Henry Schein, a Fortune 300 leader in healthcare solutions and distribution, where she led strategy creation and deployment across a matrixed structure in the United States. Kristen has over a decade of hands-on experience designing scalable organizational structures and processes, building and coaching high performing teams, integrating complex acquisitions, and leading robust human resources functions. Kristen holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelors of Arts degree in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater.

Rasmus Hvid

Rasmus Hvid is an Associate at DG Volo & Company. Previously, he worked as Director of Operations at Dane Creek Capital Corp., where he oversaw the day-to-day operations and strategic objectives of Dane Creek's manufacturing and distribution portfolio companies. Rasmus contributed leadership and hands-on implementation support to several standout projects, including the launch of United Raw Distribution Inc., a greenfield project involving in-house distribution of frozen products across Eastern Canada. Rasmus holds a B.A.Sc. (Bachelor of Applied Science) in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University and a M.Eng. (Master of Engineering) in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Toronto.
