Denise Frost is the Founder and President of DFM & Associates. Denise started the company in 1981 after relocating from Washington D.C. where she worked for two high profile law firms. With extensive experience as legal recruiter and familiarity with the inner workings of a legal organization, Denise has personally recruited and placed hundreds of candidates over the past 30 years. Denise regularly meets and consults with law firms and companies about organization hiring strategies and objectives. She diligently works to understand the client to make the best candidate match maximum organizational performance. Denise attended George Washington University.
