David brings more than 30 years of construction experience to the team, and has worked in multiple roles at Dewson including estimating and project management. He works closely with John McMahon in the sales function and manages the initial phases of our projects. David also leads a team of Field Managers in executing project goals relative to quality, budget and schedule.

Jamie manages the sales and pre-construction functions at our Rehoboth Beach office. His responsibilities include meeting with clients in the pre-construction phase - assisting and managing the process from design to selection coordination to permitting then leading the transition into Operations.
John joined Dewson Construction Company in 1993 and worked in various capacities within the company before being named COO in 2020. John provides overall operational leadership for the company. With his hands-on approach and accessibility clients can rest assured that their projects will be handled professionally and efficiently.

Kevin has 30 + years of diverse construction experience from hands-on framing and finish carpentry to field and project management. Kevin leads the estimating team in pricing the materials and services necessary to build accurate budgets and thorough scopes of work.
Michaela has been with Dewson Construction Company since its inception in 1992 and has more than 30 years of experience in financial services and construction industries. Michaela leads the Finance Department in ensuring accurate accounting functions including payables, receivables, and job costing.
