DF Architecture is a vibrant, fast-growing firm recognized for the successful place-making of commercial, multi-family residential, and industrial buildings, TI projects, and large urban design projects... Group 161 is a premium architecture group based out of British Columbia. Our three firms specialize in residential, mixed-use, commercial, and civic buildings... They take pride in preparing their drawings - their BP set includes a lot of IFT details which was helpful for us to narrow down our anchor budget. Their team is also familiar with navigating the City of Surrey rezoning and development process. We look forward to working with the DF Architecture team on future projects.
