In 2004, Simon and Jenni Healey had identified a gap in the market and Digga Excavations was formed. Speaking with clients, it was clear there was demand for a multi-talented smaller business with a "can do" attitude to undertake a diverse range of projects within Tasmania... We offer our clients a complete service; from preliminary consultation through to project completion, including initial planning and budgetary advice...
