Bruce has resided in Camden since 1982 and has practised in the Macarthur region since 1982 when he joined the firm in partnership with the late Paul Dignan after a career in the NSW Justice Department. Bruce has achieved broad experience in all areas of legal practice and currently undertakes work in the following areas of practice: Conveyancing and Property Law Wills and Estate planning Deceased Estates Disputed Estates Business Law Criminal Law Civil Law Bruce plays an active role in the business community in the Macarthur region. David Duncombe

David has resided in Camden since 1992 and practiced in the Macarthur region from 1984 until 1986 and from 1994 when he joined Dignan & Hanrahan to the current time. David first commenced to practice following his admission as a solicitor in 1984. He has practiced extensively in all jurisdictions gaining a broad experience of legal work. In 1993 David became the first Accredited Specialist Family Law in the Macarthur region. David has gained a wealth of experience in family law having practiced in this jurisdiction for over 32 years. David has been involved in the resolution of financial issues for parties which has involved asset pools ranging from the conservative to multi-million dollar pools involving complex corporate and Trust structures. He has also acted in proceedings relating to the care arrangements for children of relationships which has involved issues as to live with/spend time, relocation both within Australia and overseas, in complex issues of a medical and cultural nature. David is regularly appointed as an Independent Children's Lawyer in proceedings to act on behalf of children who are the subject of contested proceedings. David is a Member of the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia. In addition to family law David has a broad range of experience in respect to general legal practice. Jennifer Doria

Jennifer graduated from the Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Commerce, Major in Finance 2019. She completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law in 2019 and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in October 2019 and the High Court of Australia in February 2020. Jennifer is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and is an appointee of the New South Wales Legal Aid Family Law Panel. During her time at the Australian Catholic University Jennifer achieved first place in Civil Procedure and Alternative Dispute Resolution, was awarded the Executive Deans Commendation for achieving a Distinction average GPA and became a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society, an invitation-only society for the top 15% of University students. Jennifer genuinely looks to assist people in need. During her studies, Jennifer volunteered at the Seniors Rights Service, took part in a Pro Bono placement at the Macarthur Legal Centre, completed a Pro Bono internship at Wotton + Kearney Lawyers and contributed to the National Social Security Rights Network's submissions to parliament in relation to the Social Services Legislation Amendment (Drug Testing Trial) Bill 2018. Jennifer is a tenacious young lawyer who is passionate about helping others and advocating for her clients. Jennifer is mindful that legal issues can present a challenging time for clients and works with her clients to ensure that each matter is approached logically and realistically, in order to identify and provide effective legal solutions. Leah Shaw

Leah has been engaged in legal secretarial work since 2004 and joined Dignan & Hanrahan in 2010. Leah was employed as the firms receptionist until April 2014 and has since provided secretarial assistance to both partners of the firm. More recently Leah primarily assists in the area of Conveyancing.

Margaret Hooper

Margaret first commenced employment as paralegal/legal secretary in 1970 and has been employed continuously in legal practice since that time. Margaret is the personal assistant to Bruce Hanrahan and has been since joining Dignan & Hanrahan in 1982. Margaret is a Justice of the Peace.
