My name is Phil. I began my career in 1993-94 after graduating from design school, studying illustration, typography, photography and graphic design. Computers were just revolutionizing the industry at that time and the internet was just a rumour... I began doing web design as a personal interest in 1996. At that time I was also working as the lead designer at a firm in Etobicoke doing all in-store promotional material for Blockbuster Video, Canada wide (remember Blockbuster?) I got a letter of commendation from Warner Brothers for my work on the James Bond 007 Box set release that year. It was on VHS tape to give you an idea of how long ago it was. I went on to do work for other companies such as Nestlé, General Mills, Hellmann's, Chrysler, Dr. Scholl's and many others but in late 2000 I had enough... Graphic Design with a difference.
