Crissy is the gatekeeper responsible for all incoming and outgoing customer quote requests and customer orders. She and her staff handle an impressive volume of customer contacts and needs every single day.
Crissy has over 16 years of experience in this role and has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Louisiana in Business Administration with a major in Accounting.
She is happily married to husband Kyle and the proud mother of very busy twins Cameron and Avery.

Jim and his wife Pixie are founders and owners of Digital Machining Systems. Jim has a seemingly insatiable appetite for continually improving every aspect of the company.
Jim has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Louisiana in Mechanical Engineering with a CAD/CAM option.
He and Pixie are happily married and proud parents of daughter Lauren and son Cameron.

Ruth is the proud Mom of Scott & Chad, and the very young Grandmother of 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren (Yes, hard to believe, we know!). She loves to attend all of their activities alongside her longtime partner Ric.
