Deepak Parti is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Accountant with 25 years public accounting experience. He has worked extensively in areas of accounting; audit & attestation; tax preparation, planning and tax audits; financial & operational management audits; and business advisory services in areas of financial analysis & management; corporate & project financing; strategic financial planning & decision making; business process improvements; developing and implementing policies, procedures & internal controls; budgeting & variance analysis; structuring capital, revenue & costs; due diligence for corporate acquisitions. He has in-depth understanding of diversified industries. He manages the North Carolina operations of the firm.

Mr. Raj Joshi joined DIJP, LLP after working as the Chief Financial Officer of a large international manufacturing company for over 10 years. He also brings over 15 years of experience as a certified public accountant. Mr. Joshi manages the business operations, human resources and planning at DIJP, LLP. He works directly with many family-owned and closely held companies providing consulting in areas such as business, finance, taxation and financial projection and analysis. With extensive experience in the areas of business planning, corporate financing, and corporate taxation, Mr. Joshi's background also includes an in-depth understanding and experience of services for manufacturing, wholesale, retail, and the insurance sector. With his intense awareness in Financial Accounting, Tax Law, Corporate Financing, and Auditing; Mr. Joshi has proved himself as a highly motivated and bright individual with an extensive knowledge base and experience. Mr. Joshi is a member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Accountants.
