Joining Doran in the Spring of 2022 as Vice President of Development, Amanda brings over 10 years of experience in real estate, based in research experience in urban development and commercial real estate. She has managed over $300 million in real estate projects from acquisition through development to occupancy. Amanda tackles all aspects of development, proving to be a thoughtful leader, skilled communicator, and community partner as she conducts development financing.
Amanda holds a Masters in Urban Planning from the Humphrey School at the University of Minnesota. She is currently a member of the Urban Land Institute National Product Council, board member for Clare Housing, and a lead on the planning committee for Women in Real Estate Development and Urban Planning (WIRED UP).

Anne Behrendt is Chief Executive Officer of Doran Companies, one of the leading commercial real estate companies in the upper Midwest. As CEO and majority owner, Anne oversees every aspect of Doran's growth and strategy. Since Anne joined the company almost 10 years ago, Doran has expanded to include an office in Denver, developed, designed, or built an impressive portfolio of multi-family, hotel, commercial and mixed-use projects, managed millions of square feet of commercial space and residential communities, and secured $1.5 billion in new business.
As President of Whitecap Property Management, a division of Doran Companies, April Barkeim oversees all aspects of property management operations. She is a vital member of the senior management team, where she leads Whitecap's current portfolio of multi-family apartments and is responsible for maximizing revenue growth by directing the portfolio's overall financial performance and physical assets. In addition, April manages the planning and execution of new project lease-ups, including market analysis and developing new asset management strategies
April has over 20 years of commercial management and operations experience, overseeing portfolios of over 4 million square feet of product types, including office, retail, industrial and multi-family across the United States. She is an analytical leader that can dig into the details while strategically planning the path forward. Additionally, her principled approach is evident in building and leading strong teams based on trust and respect.

President of Special Projects, Brent Lindstrom brings his 25 years of experience of leading very specialized projects ranging from $10,000 to $53 million in value to the Doran team. Brent, whose strength is leading multiple projects across different market sectors such as industrial, retail, office, multi-family, hospitality and medical, drove the formation of Doran Special Projects in 2017. He enjoys the fast pace and customer focus this project type brings as well as coaching his team to constantly deliver quality, attention to detail, and success, no matter the scope of the project.

As Vice President of Construction for Doran, Dan helps develop and implement the construction team's vision, goals and strategy. Dan brings nearly two decades of construction experience to Doran, with wide-ranging expertise in retail, commercial, industrial, multi-family and hospitality projects.
Dan has successfully led both ground-up and redevelopment construction teams, negotiated public and private easements and contracts, and secured various municipal development approvals for projects. His clear capacity enhances his notable breadth of experience in leadership and attention to detail. Strong working partnerships mark his extensive career, and his drive for challenge and detail makes him an effective facilitator of communication across internal teams and external stakeholders. As a result, Dan leads projects that consistently exceed expectations and stay on budget and schedule thanks to his strength in communication and comprehensive knowledge of construction.

As Vice President of Interior Architecture, Erin Young leads Doran Interiors in project finishes, lighting, and furnishings. Erin approaches interior design through her lens as an architect, making full picture connections through early project involvement by leading Doran's space planning program including unit design and selection. Erin and Doran Interiors acknowledge the historical, contextual, with behavioral impacts of design and make key decisions that create spaces that are memorable, impressionable and timeless. Erin is certified with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and is a licensed architect in Idaho, Colorado, and Minnesota.

As President of Architecture, John Ferrier sets the strategic direction for the award-winning design team at Doran Companies, responsible for overseeing all architectural aspects of Doran's design-build capabilities. With more than 28 years of experience leading architecture projects in the Twin Cities and across the country, John has deep design expertise in the commercial, industrial, residential, hospitality and retail sectors and is invested in understanding and executing a project to meet each client's business goals. He is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), is a LEED® Accredited Professional, and Certified Interior Designer.
Justan Rose has been a Doran employee since the company's origin in 2007 leading some of Doran's most noteworthy projects and helping to bring thousands of multi-family units to life. Justan has broad expertise in a variety of building types and an excellent safety record that includes no OSHA violations on any project under his watch. He takes a proactive approach to working with project teams and enjoys mentoring Doran's team of superintendents and ensuring every project is built to our highest quality standards.

As President of Construction for Doran, Louis Zachary is influential in setting the vision, goals, and strategy for Doran's construction team. Louis is a highly accomplished construction executive, with more than 30 years of experience in the industry. He has a proven track record in leading teams in successful execution and delivery of projects with multiple product types including office, industrial, retail, lodging and multi-family. His strength as a leader is evident in his ability to motivate teams to achieve results beyond expectations.
Before joining Doran, Louis was Senior Vice President of Construction at Oppidan. He also served as Regional Director at OPUS Design Build in Phoenix AZ, Director of Construction Services at CSM and Senior Construction Manager at Cushman & Wakefield. In each role, Louis has taken great pride in his work and has been instrumental in delivering quality projects for a variety of private and public owners, while being on time and within budget.

Patrick MacNabb brings over 26 years of architectural experience with a heavy emphasis on design-build delivery to the Doran team. Patrick has a collaborative management style with strong communication and team building skills and is an excellent motivator and mentor to his team.

Paul Kolias is a respected leader who brings over 30 years of experience to the Doran team in the areas of preconstruction services, estimating, design review, site logistics and cost and schedule analysis. In his role at Senior Vice President of Construction Excellence, Paul is focused on the support of construction operations, Doran Special Projects, and Doran's preconstruction team in the development and implementation of construction best practices that improve the delivery of projects, including safety, quality and planning.

As President and CFO Ryan Johnson is responsible for all aspects of the financial strategy for Doran Companies' businesses and oversees the financial performance of projects and assets. Ryan is involved in every aspect of Doran's integrated service model, and his leadership is essential to the continual evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives. As a Principal owner of Doran Companies, Ryan is responsible for cultivating and supporting investor relationships. He believes success is the outcome of hard work and brings that strong work ethic to his day-to-day leadership at Doran Companies.
Ryan received his M.B.A. from the Minnesota School of Business and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota. Ryan has been honored as "CFO of the Year" by the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal. Active in several community initiatives, he serves as a treasurer of the Hennepin Theater Trust Board and has an active leadership role at St. Andrew Lutheran, and serves on the Board of Directors of the ICA Foodshelf.
Tony Kuechle is President of Development for Doran Companies and has more than 25 years of industry experience in development, financing, acquisitions and asset management. Tony has developed more than 3500 luxury multi-family units in some of the most exclusive areas of the Twin Cities and Denver markets. Most recently, he led the Twin Cities development of Birke in Minnetonka, and The Expo in downtown Minneapolis. Current developments include The Reserve in Maple Grove, Geddes in Centennial, Colorado and The Triple Crown at Canterbury Park, all luxury apartment communities with a combined value of more than $400 million.
As Chief Operating Officer, Traci Tomas charts a strategic path forward for Doran Companies' certification as a woman-owned business and also oversees operational functions for the company, including asset management, human resources, IT and marketing. Traci is a licensed Minnesota real estate broker, a Certified Commercial Investment Member and a Certified Property Manager. She is an active member of multiple professional associations and was honored with a Personal Development Award from the Business Women's Circle and named a Notable Woman in Commercial Real Estate by Twin Cities Business Magazine.

As Vice President of Technology, Will Leppo brings over 20 years of experience creating and providing technology solutions to Doran Companies. Will oversees IT for all of Doran Companies' offices and residential properties. He manages Doran's team of IT experts while streamlining and securing Doran's IT infrastructure and furthering our technology capabilities. Will is a self-proclaimed futurist who sees today's challenges as opportunities to create long-lasting technological solutions that add maximum value.
