GORGES was founded in 2003 by Matthew Clark (Princeton) and joined soon after by former CEO Christopher Grant (Cornell). Matt and Chris both had experience working for tech start ups in NYC and wanted to bring their expertise to the growing tech industry of the Ithaca area and beyond. The company grew rapidly from it's beginnings in Matt's attic and needed to change office space several times to accommodate the growth in clients and employees... Today GORGES has a long and impressive list of clients, some of whom have been with us for many years. We continue to expand our expertise in the arenas of web design and development as we venture forth into the bright future of the tech world... GORGES has been in the business of web and app development in Ithaca NY for over 15 years. Many of our clients have stayed with us as we continue to support and grow their systems.
