Srikanth is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is a partner of the firm Dhariwal & Sreenivas. He is a Director of DNS Consulting Private Limited and heads the Indirect tax advisory services of the organization.
Srikanth specializes in Goods & Service Tax [GST] and represents before the appellate authorities on the above matters. He has co-authored several books on Karnataka Value Added Tax. He is also a regular contributor of articles to leading tax journals and other publications.

Mr. Sreenivas is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is the co-founder of DNS Consulting Private Limited.He heads the Audit & Assurance and institutional financial syndication services at DNS.He is also a founding partner of the firm Dhariwal & Sreenivas.
He has a vast experience in the field of Audit & Assurance and has under taken various international assignments on Audit. He is also involved in the Business & Financial advisory services of the organization.
He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. He has played a pivotal role in bringing DNS to its present stature.
He has also been a visiting faculty at numerous educational institutions.
Mukesh is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is a partner of the firm Dhariwal & Sreenivas. He is a Director of DNS Consulting Private Limited and heads the Business valuation services of the organization. He also co-heads the Direct tax advisory services of the organization.
Mukesh has over 10 years of post-qualification experience in direct taxes and specializes in NRI & HNI taxation, domestic & international tax representations. He also has specialized knowledge in business valuation and structuring M&A's.
Through his adept knowledge in business valuation concepts, Mukesh provides clients with the most appropriate valuation method that ensure fair valuation of the business and interest of the stake holders of the company.

Sanjay is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is the founding partner of the firm Dhariwal & Sreenivas and co-founder of DNS Consulting Private Limited. He is also a graduate of law from Bangalore University.
He has been the driving force behind the growth of DNS to its present stature. His able guidance has earned DNS the reputation of being one among the best indirect tax consultancy firm of Bangalore.
Sanjay has been active in the field of spreading awareness on Indirect tax by conducting seminars, presenting papers and contributing articles. He is a visiting faculty at the ICAI. He has presented more than five hundred papers on VAT alone.
He has authored more than 25 books including books like Guide to Value Added Tax (the first book on KVAT). He has also co-authored many other books on KVAT including KVAT Audit Manual published by the ICAI.
He is a Member in commercial taxes consultative committee of the Commercial Taxes Department, Karnataka. He was also a Co-opted member of Indirect Tax committee of ICAI for 3 years. He is a co-opted member of IDT Committee and IT committee in BCAS.
He is Director & Secretary in JITO apex of Jain International Trade Organization. He was also the National President of the Terapanth Professional Forum (TPF).
Sanjay is also an the Joint Secretary of the Adarsh group of institutions.
