As President, Mr. Douglas assumes an active role with each estimate prepared and closely monitors the progression of every project, ensuring a collaborative approach to leading projects from the design phase through the construction phase. He sets projects on a path for success by providing expertise on cost, schedule, logistics, constructability, and other key factors. He is also an integral part of The Douglas Company's extensive Process Training and Quality Assurance programs and is responsible for establishing company goals and policies, maintaining relationships with clients, and overseeing all corporate administrative functions. Mr. Douglas currently serves as a member of The Douglas Company's Executive Committee, establishing company policies and participating in the development of company strategies and objectives.

Dave Bockbrader

As Vice President, Mr. Bartolovitch is directly responsible for all operations in the Southeast Region. He is a fully engaged leader who has proven his capabilities in leadership, project management, purchasing, supervision, scheduling, project cost estimating, and effectively communicating with owners, architects, and subcontractors. Also, as the Vice President of our Southeast Office, Mr. Bartolovich is responsible for maintaining positive client relationships, as well as the successful completion of projects on schedule and within budget. Mr. Bartolovitch currently serves as a member of The Douglas Company's Executive Committee, establishing company policies and participates in the development of company strategies and objectives.

Pete Zimmerman - VP

Mr. Zimmerman joined The Douglas Company in December 2003 and through hard work and dedication has since earned positions to his promotion as Vice President of Estimating. Pete provides both experience and a full understanding of construction, cost control, the bid process, project documentation, project management, and time management. With subcontractors and suppliers, Pete has proven his ability to tactfully and effectively communicate, negotiate, and resolve concerns. Mr. Zimmerman currently serves as a member of The Douglas Company's Executive Committee, establishing company policies and participates in the development of company strategies and objectives.
