We have partnerships with many schools in Macomb County. Together we work toward healthy outcomes for our school communities. In 2017, our programs and interventions reached over 50,800 individuals and provided more than 3500 hours of education... HFM School Health Network is a proven program that demonstrates there is power in numbers. Our collaborative approach with schools and community resources provides a means of sharing best practices and outcomes, along with supporting one another in our endeavors to improve the health of students in our community... Henry Ford Macomb School Health Network's mission is to create a healthier school environment for all students in Macomb County. We are an advocate for the school community to educate, inspire and support healthy lifestyle behaviors, which encompass body, mind and spirit.
