Amber graduated from Frostburg State University with her Bachelor of Science in Economics in 2006 and obtained her law degree from George Mason University School of Law in 2010. Upon graduation from law school, she served as law clerk to the Honorable Warren J. Krug of the Circuit Court for Calvert County. A Calvert County native, Amber is proud to be from Southern Maryland and enjoys assisting her fellow Southern Maryland residents through her legal work. Amber resides in Huntingtown with her husband and three daughters. During her free time, Amber enjoys running, reading, listening to podcasts, and spending time with family and friends.

Anjelica is a litigation associate who graduated with an Honors Concentration from Maurice A. Dean School of Law at Hofstra University. As a law student she was competitively selected for a journal position in Hofstra's Family Court Review. During her second year she was promoted to Managing Editor of Articles. Anjelica moved around as a Navy child finally landing in St. Mary's County her freshman year of high school where she attended Great Mills High School.

Bill is a founding partner of Dugan, McKissick and Longmore, LLC, and has been practicing business, corporate, real estate, zoning and other transactional law since 1989. He earned his law degree with honors from the University Of Maryland School Of Law and attended Franklin and Marshall College. He grew up in Baltimore City and moved to St. Mary's County after spending summers clerking at a local law firm while in law school. He has been involved with numerous local boards and task forces concerning issues affecting the business community and community at large and has been active with the Chamber of Commerce, serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors and in many other capacities and he was named Business Person of the Year. He lives in St. Mary's County, on the Patuxent River, and in his free time, enjoys playing tennis, boating and traveling.

Bryan is a co-founder of Dugan, McKissick and Longmore and has over 25 years of experience as a litigator. Bryan was born in Agana, Guam and moved to St. Mary's County during his high school years when he attended Chopticon High School. He earned his law degree from the University of Maryland, School of Law. In the late 1980s, Bryan returned to St. Mary's County as a young lawyer. His practice areas include family, civil, criminal, and traffic litigation matters. Bryan remains an avid supporter and fan of West Virginia Mountaineer Athletics, especially during basketball season.
Chris is a partner of the firm whose practice areas include complex civil litigation, estate planning, zoning/land use and related real estate matters, and government contracts. His litigation practice focuses primarily on business and partnership disputes, construction-related contract disputes and other real estate related matters. He also represents clients in personal injury matters and leads the firm's collections practice. Chris received his law degree, magna cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1997 where he was Editor-in-Chief of the American Criminal Law Review and a Writing Law Fellow. Chris joined Dugan, McKissick and Longmore, LLC in 2000. A graduate of St. Mary's Ryken High School, Chris is committed to being involved in many community and service activities.

Dave is a civil litigation associate whose practice focuses on real estate, business, and contract disputes as well as administrative law. Dave also serves as the attorney for the Calvert County Board of License Commissioners (Liquor Board). Dave is a graduate of the University of Kentucky School of Law, where he was an Articles Editor of the Kentucky Law Journal and member of the Moot Court Board. A graduate of St. Mary's Ryken High School, Dave is actively involved in the community, currently serving as President-Elect of the Calvert County Bar Association and on the Patuxent Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors. He is a 2018 graduate of Leadership Southern Maryland and the former chairman of the Calvert County Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee. Dave resides in Chesapeake Beach with his wife. During his free time he enjoys boating, skiing, and reading.

Olivia is an associate of the firm whose practice areas focus on family law, criminal law and civil litigation. She graduated from University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law where she was a student attorney in the Medical-Legal Partnership Clinic for two years and received a Public Service Award for her efforts. During her summers, Olivia gained legal experience as a law clerk here at DML. Upon graduation of law school, Olivia was excited to return to Dugan, McKissick & Longmore as an associate.
