Andrea M. James is a licensed funeral director and embalmer for Dolan Funeral Home. She has worked for Dolan's since 2012 and has been in the funeral industry for over 19 years. Andrea received her B. A. from Emmanuel College, Boston and A. O. S. from American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service, New York. Born and raised on Boston's historic South Shore, Andrea always wanted to be in a profession where she was helping others, and what better way than to be there for people in one of the toughest days of their lives. She has been associated with Saint Paul Catholic Church, Hingham and the Boy Scouts of America, Greater Ponds Chapter, holding positions as Adult Leader, Merit Badge Counselor and Committee Member. Barbara Foulsham

Barbara Foulsham, a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer and a Certified Funeral Celebrant, has been a licensed funeral director in Massachusetts for over 20 years. She joined the Dolan team in 2015 where she meets with families from Milton, Dorchester and many surrounding cities and towns. She is a graduate of New England Institute of Funeral Service Education at Mount Ida College and became a certified funeral celebrant in 2010. Barbara enjoys continuing her education whenever possible, she is looking forward to becoming a Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist soon. Barbara is passionate about her career and enjoys all aspects of funeral service, especially shepherding people through the most trying time of their life. "It is very rewarding to be able to create a meaningful and unique funeral service for the family and friends of the deceased, to truly celebrate their loved one and make it a valuable experience with attention to the even smallest details. One of the most important parts of my job is making sure every family is served with the utmost respect, care, and compassion". Barbara is a lifelong resident of Quincy and parishioner of Sacred Heart Parish, North Quincy. When not at the funeral home, she enjoys spending time with her husband John and children James, John and his wife Colleen and Samantha. Bill Coughlin

Bill Coughlin has been in funeral service since 1981 and has been a licensed funeral director since 1986. Graduate of Saint Michael's College, Vermont and New England Institute of Funeral Service Education. James W. Dolan

James Dolan's son, the late Frederick J. Dolan, was an engineering major and 1925 graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He joined the family business during Boston's influenza outbreak in the 1930's. In 1954, Fred purchased his uncle, Charles B. Dolan's funeral service and property at 1140 Washington Street, Dorchester Lower Mills. The Dorchester site is currently one of two locations for Dolan Funeral Home and Cremation Services. The Dorchester site dates from the earliest part of the 19th century. In 1968, Frederick Dolan purchased property on both sides of the building and expanded the funeral home to twice its original size- without altering the historic integrity of the central structure.

Juanita Lee Dean

Juanita Lee Dean was born on October 2, 1939, in Boston, Massachusetts to the late Herbert E. and Rev. Dr. Juanita C. Small. She was the eldest of four children. Sadly, Juanita passed away on September 13, 2022, at Lahey Clinic in Burlington, MA after suffering a massive stroke. Juanita, affectionately known as "Cookie" and "Auntie Cookie", was 82 years old and had been surrounded by family in her final hours. She used her prolific writing skills and love of reading to earn a Paralegal Certificate from Boston University. Through her tenacious application of the law, she wrote successful briefs and legal opinions for many people in the community who were justice involved. Cookie was also one of the first female business owners in Boston, operating a tropical fish and exotic pet store in the 1970s. Auntie Cookie had an innate gift of being able to touch all generations; so spending time with her was always special, entertaining, and unforgettable. She was the life of the party! For her, love of family and her relationship with God were more precious than anything else.

W. Craig Dolan - President

W. Craig Dolan is a lifelong Milton resident. He is a graduate of Boston College High School, Boston College and the New England Institute for Funeral Service Education. Craig has been very active in the Dorchester and Milton communities. He was a member of the Board of Directors for Massachusetts Cooperative Bank, formerly of Dorchester and Milton, a former member of the Development Board at Milton Hospital, a founding director of My Brother's Keeper, a Paul Harris Fellow and a Past President of the Milton Rotary Club, a Past President of the Massachusetts Funeral Directors Association and an active parishioner at Saint Agatha Church in Milton. Married to the late Maureen Dolan for forty years, they had three children: Jed, Meghan and Courtney. Craig also has six grandchildren. Frederick J. Dolan, "Jed", son of W. Craig Dolan, is a licensed funeral director and embalmer who grew up in Milton. He is a graduate of Thayer Academy in Braintree, MA, Providence College in Providence, RI. He received his funeral service degree from the New England Institute at the former Mount Ida College in Newton, MA. He has been licensed since 1994 and is the fourth generation of Dolan family members serving the community as funeral directors. He is a coach with Milton Youth Soccer, active with Selected Independent Funeral Homes and elected as a Trustee of Milton Cemetery. Jed is a member of the Dorchester Lower Mills Merchant Association, Lower Mills Civic Association, Dorchester Board of Trade and Milton Chamber of Commerce. He is also a past president and board member of the Massachusetts Funeral Directors Association and former Policy Board member for the National Funeral Directors Association. Jed and his wife Megan live in Milton with their sons Christopher and Henry. Courtney Dolan Dorsey, a daughter of W. Craig Dolan, is a licensed funeral director and embalmer in Massachusetts and she also holds a Massachusetts insurance license. Courtney has been with the funeral home since 1999 and is the fourth generation of Dolans to serve the community. Courtney was raised in Milton. She is a graduate of Thayer Academy in Braintree, MA, Providence College in Providence, RI (B.A.) and the New England Institute for Funeral Service Education at the former Mount Ida College in Newton, MA (A.S.). Courtney and her husband reside in Milton with their four children. Their children keep them busy-they can often be found at their sidelines, rinks, basketball courts or classrooms.
