Dr. Jens Peter - Treasurer

Dr. Jens Peter Dybwad is the Treasurer and Chief Scientist for the company. He received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Tuebingen, Germany in 1966. Dr. Dybwad has been a pioneer in the field of fast-scanning FT-IR spectrometers, and has a long history of accomplishments. Dr. Dybwad has designed and developed multiple cryogenic FT-IR systems during his tenure at PerkinElmer, and has developed FT-IR systems for the study of the Aurora Borealis while at Utah State University. Dr. Dybwad is the inventor of and patent holder for D&P Instruments' MicroFT (US Patent Number 5,173,744) and TurboFT (US Patent Number 4,654,530) spectrometers. He has also collaborated on numerous designs with Mr. Wadsworth on a broad array of custom developed instruments for our customers.

Mr. Winthrop Wadsworth - President

Mr. Winthrop Wadsworth is the President and Chief Engineer for the company. He received a Master of Engineering degree from Cornell University in 1977 and a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1976. Mr. Wadsworth has been in the field of FT-IR since 1980, and provides demonstrated expertise in the design of drive and sampling electronics, high efficiency power drive designs, and software development for D&P Instruments.
