Becca is a York County native with years of sales, customer service, and management experience. She prides herself on her ability to connect with people and her community. Rebecca is excited to use her strengths to build positive experiences with new and potential clients.
Becca lives in York with her daughter Caitlin, English Bulldog, Pebbles, two cats, Shadow and Taki, Rabbit, Cookie, and Ball Python, Monty. Becca is a national advocate for organ donation. Sharing about organ donation became important to Becca after becoming a kidney donor in February 2019. A few hobbies of Becca's include golf, coaching softball, hiking, and volunteering in her community. Becca believes that it's important to give back and anyone can make a difference no matter how big or small. True happiness comes from what you give!
Candi, our Finance Manager, performs the accounting, budgeting and audits for our agency. With many years of experience, she has the technical skills to get the job done.
Erica is a Northern PA native with seven years of experience in commercial insurance. Prior to the insurance world she served ten years in the Navy working as a data analyst and updating aircraft logbooks. She has traveled around the world and has been to twelve different countries and has visited thirty-five of the fifty states and keeps coming back to good old PA. She finally decided to settle down in Newport, PA. She lives with her fiancé' Preston, their son Trace, and their two cats Thumper and Pepper. Some of her hobbies include travel, photography, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
Greg has over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, working for both an independent agency and insurance carrier. Fully licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance, Greg serves as the Agency Operations Manager and Vice President of the Agency.
Julie grew up in coal-country Pennsylvania, but has since traveled and lived both in and out of the country while being involved in missions. She is a cat-lover, voracious reader, and amateur writer. Her relationship with God and family are the most important parts of her life. She's licensed in Property and Casualty, and hopes to assist whoever crosses her path.
Laura joined the Don Jacobs team in May 2018, bringing with her over 25 years of experience in Property and Casualty insurance. She is a licensed personal lines agent and has earned the CISR designation. She is happy to answer your questions, assist you with your current insurance policies or provide insurance quotes if you are in the market for great coverage at an affordable rate.

Lauren currently resides in her hometown, New Bloomfield, with her husband and 5 children which include 2 sets of twins! She enjoys spending time at the kid's various sporting events & cub scout adventures as well as family camping.
Pam has been a professional in the insurance industry for 30+ years. She is licensed in Property & Casualty and has her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation. Her expertise is with Commercial Lines and handling the needs of our clients.
Shirl is from Snyder county and has 33 years of experience in the insurance industry. She is an essential employee at our Middleburg office and takes pride in her excellent customer service.
