Beau Leitner - President

Beau joined Doyle Electric in 2006 after graduating from Washington & Lee University with a bachelor's degree in business journalism. Since that time, he has spent time working in the field as an electrician, served as a project manager, and, since 2010, has served as Vice President of Operations. In addition to leading our executive team, Beau is also responsible for strategic planning, creating a healthy culture, and the overall growth and development of Doyle Electric. He directly oversees the Pre-Construction and Service Team as well as the Project Managers. Beau served on the 2015 National Electrical Code (NEC) Review Committee for the Louisiana State Construction Code Council. He is also a member of the Executive Leadership Team for the 2016 American Heart Association Capital Area Heart Walk and the Facility Committee at St. Aloysius Church.

Bob Leitner - Chairman

Bob started Doyle Electric in 1978 and has guided the company since its' establishment. As he nears retirement, Bob has increasingly limited his primary focus to the estimating arena. Prior to starting Doyle Electric, he worked as a sales engineer for General Electric Co. from 1969 through 1977 and graduated from Clarkson University, in Potsdam, New York, in 1969 with a bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution. His time with GE was interrupted from 1970 to 1973, when he served in the United States Navy as the Supply Officer on the USS Voge (DE-1047). He left the Navy as a LTJG. Bob is past President of the Baton Rouge Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) and has served on the Board of the Southside YMCA. He currently serves on the Church Council and Finance Committee of First United Methodist Church and is very active in the Kairos Ministry at Angola State Penitentiary.

Cece Leitner

Cece joined Doyle Electric in 1991 and is responsible for accounts payable. She graduated from the University of Nebraska.

Jared Watson

Jared began his electrical career at Doyle Electric in 1997 as a helper. In 2005, he left Doyle briefly to operate his own company after Hurricane Katrina and returned in 2007. As a foreman, and then as a superintendent, Jared managed the field operations of all Doyle Electric projects involving Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center and has focused almost exclusively on healthcare installations since 2009. In 2015, he transitioned to a project management and estimating role for healthcare projects. Jared graduated from the ABC Electrical Program.

Judy Swan

Judy joined Doyle Electric in 2013 and is responsible for payroll and accounts receivable.

Lane Wilson

Lane joined Doyle Electric in 1997 as a helper and managed major projects as a foreman before 2005. He served as the general foreman on the new LSU Alex Box Stadium, which was completed in 2009, and transitioned to the position of Superintendent in 2013. In his role as Superintendent, Lane has focused on the renovation and addition to the LSU Rec Center and completed the renovation of the old Woman's Hospital for the Baton Rouge Police Headquarters. He graduated from the ABC Electrical Program and has attended the FMI Field Leadership Institute.

Ronnie Dark

Ronnie transitioned to the position of estimator in 2017 after serving as a project superintendent since 2014. He began his electrical career at Doyle Electric in 1991 and by 2000 was running some of the company's largest projects as a foreman. He managed the installation for the Gastroenterology Clinic, the LSU Residence One dormitory, a 6-story Staybridge Suites hotel near LSU, Lamar Advertising's headquarters and the renovations and additions to the Office of Public Health Central Laboratory, to name a few. As a superintendent, Ronnie was primarily responsible for complex hospital renovations, nursing homes, and hotel renovations. He graduated from the ABC Electrical Program and has attended the FMI Field Leadership Institute.

Scott Bourque

Scott began his electrical career at Doyle Electric in 1981 as a helper and rose to the position of foreman before being named project manager in 2008. Scott's resume as a foreman includes some of the most complex jobs performed by Doyle, including the Capital City Press' production facility and the renovation and addition to the LSU Student Union. He continues to handle complex projects and has extensive experience managing projects at LSU and for the State of Louisiana. Scott completed the Purdue University ABC/IEC Project Management Institute program in 2009.

Steve Ducote

Steve Ducote joined Doyle Electric in 2013 as the Safety Manager/Human Resource Specialist. He has more than 30 years of experience in management roles and is a Certified Occupational Safety Specialist. As part of the Executive Management Team, Steve is directly responsible for all Field Operations, including: safety, human resources and resource allocation, prefabrication, and project logistics. He works closely with project superintendents and project foremen to ensure that their needs, as well as our customer's needs, are met or exceeded on each project. Steve attended Louisiana State University with concentrations in Management and Finance and is currently licensed in Louisiana for property and casualty, life, health, and accident insurance.
