Kyle N. Drake, president and founder of Drake Realty Group, LLC, has more than 12 years of experience in the industry serving some of the nation's largest developers, property owners, investors and institutional clients across Texas and throughout the United States. As an investment property advisor and broker, Kyle is well known for his expertise, hard work, integrity and outstanding commitment to his clients, and the specialized services his firm provides, including multifamily assets and mixed use development projects and land disposition and development services. Several clients include The Dinerstein Companies, Sueba USA Corporation, StreetLights Residential, Crescent Communities, Lincoln Property Company, The Morgan Group and Allen Harrison Development Company. Kyle is responsible for overseeing new business development and has a hands-on interaction with all assignments taken on by Drake Realty Group. Kyle specializes in Multifamily and Student Housing properties, urban redevelopment and suburban land sales, land disposition of single and mixed-use development projects, underwriting new developments, and in depth ‘highest and best use'and financial analysis of current and future projects. His daily commitment and dedication to understanding his client's needs and objectives coupled with an acute eye for detail has allowed Kyle to build long term relationships that are his most important asset. Kyle began his career in the corporate world at a young age where he learned many ‘key' fundamentals of success from his father, who was an icon in his industry. Through the implementation of strategic market differentiation, integrity and performance at all costs, and a constant desire to excel, Kyle applied firsthand experience and achieved success on a national level. He was an instrumental contributor to the rapid growth of their company, and helped transform a ‘mom and pop' manufacturing business into a national and international competitor that became one of the largest in the Southwest at that time. A Houston native, Kyle graduated from The University of Houston with a BBA in Marketing in 1993. He is a member of the National Multi Housing Council advisory committee, Urban Land Institute, CCIM's Gulf Coast Chapter and holds a Texas Real Estate Broker license. Kyle enjoys spending time with his family, working, and experiencing the outdoors. He and his wife have two daughters and attend Second Baptist Church.

HighStreet Net Lease Group works closely with Drake Realty Group and their clients when considering unique investment opportunities throughout various markets.
