Duvernay Properties, LLC was founded in 1986 when Mike Duvernay purchased his first rental property in Portland at the age of 26. That first property was purchased as a two-family home, but with some investigation of the records at City Hall, Mike discovered that the building was actually grandfathered as a three-family building. After owning this first property for a couple of years, Mike added a two-family home to the company's holdings. Duvernay Properties has been in business ever since, eventually purchasing, leasing, and managing multiple condominium units in the Portland area. Over the years Mike has represented countless owners of residential and commercial rental property, working with them on the successful leasing and management of their properties.
