Doug Carlson - CEO

Doug has over 10 years of experience in the modular home industry. From an early age he was around construction and fell in love with the modular concept. He spent several years strictly working with clients through the planning, drafting, and customization process. Currently, he helps manage the construction side. Since forming Dreamline Modular Homes with business partner Kris Megna, Doug has helped build 100's of homes throughout Massachusetts to make Dreamline one of the state's largest modular builders.

John Medeiros

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
John joined Dreamline Modular in 2014 and brings with him more than 32 years experience as a construction project manager and general contractor, working across the board in industrial, commercial, and residential building. Once a home is delivered to the site, John coordinates and overseas all of the specialist teams required to finish the home and pass it on to the new homeowners. In his spare time, he enjoys restoring antique cars and trucks and is a big fan of NASCAR!

Kris Megna - CEO

Kris started his career at an early age growing up in the construction business. After watching homes being built his whole life, he created a passion for the industry and knew this is what he wanted to do for his career. Kris attended Roger Williams University where he met his business partner. During his junior year he wrote his business plan for a modular home construction company located outside of Boston. After college he worked as a design consultant for a few modular manufacturers where he learned the ins and outs of the factories. From there he took his passion for work and the modular industry and Doug and Kris created Dreamline Modular Homes. Fast forward to today and Kris has been involved in thousands of modular builds and he himself has built over 100 homes in Massachusetts alone. Known for his passion for the industry and creative design approach of thinking "outside the box" Kris hopes to take modular construction to the 21st century. During his free time Kris enjoys playing the piano, time with his pug Bob, and being with his friends and family. Kris sits on the board for the MHBA (Modular Home Builders Association).

Michelle Glover

Michelle Glover joins our team with 29 years of new home builder experience. Her experience is as varied as the geography she covered. In California, she was VP of Sales for Pulte Homes (& Del Webb) working on every aspect of the communities they built, from acquisition to close-out. As Operations Manager for one of the largest modular companies in New England, she was involved in the building experience from concept to move-in. There have been other ways she has contributed to the success of builder:; as a consultant she trained hundreds of real estate agents to raise their buyers' satisfaction levels. The strong belief that listening and understanding would improve every one's experience also motivated her to write the book "Hot Button Motivation." Over the years, Michelle has also been working on raising a family. Her four daughters and growing number of grandchildren are her pride and joy.

Michelle Simcock

Michelle started her career in the financial service industry in the early 90's and quickly excelled in her ability to manage financial information. In 2002 she ventured into the modular home industry and also became a certified bookkeeper. Michelle has worked with over 10 modular factories alone managing everything from service, bookkeeping, and transportation. Over the past 13 years she has become one of the most well respected bookkeepers in the industry and is a member of the AIBP (American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers) and is a Mass Notary. When Michelle is not working, she enjoys time with her kids and grandchildren, scapbooking, reading, and day trips around New England.
