Organization. Drive-To-Work is a Virginia non-stock corporation qualifying as a 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt organization. It was founded in 2007 by O. Randolph Rollins, a former Virginia Secretary of Public Safety, a member of the Virginia State Bar, and a retired partner of McGuireWoods LLP, a national law firm based in Richmond, Virginia... Mission. Drive-To-Work assists low income or previously incarcerated persons to restore their driving privileges so they can drive to work and keep a job. Recognizing how important a driver's license is to many jobs, Drive-To-Work provides legal and other services and is the only organization in Virginia directly addressing this issue... DTW helps Virginia residents restore their license driving privileges so they can drive to work keep a job by providing legal assistance and other services.
