Ashley is a skilled communicator with a passion for the member experience and innovation. She has worked in customer success and solution selling for over 10 years. Her focus when developing new relationships is to help businesses best utilize software systems by consulting on best practices, driving conceptual success and supporting operational changes compelled by modernization. Ashley is excited to be joining Dynamic Benchmarking to help Associations leverage metrics, perfect data collection and most importantly, ensure Associations are providing value to their membership.
David comes to Dynamic Benchmarking with a unique skillset forged in his studies of Hospitality Management and working in Country Clubs, and then Country Club Software. He has been in the IT field for over 12 years and has managed corporate data center presence for most of that time. Not only is he an IT person, but he has strong customer service and communication skills. David studied at The University of South Carolina and is from North Carolina, living in Raleigh. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, cooking, and going anywhere he can take his Golden Retriever named Butter.

Gloria is an Account Manager with Dynamic Benchmarking and adds more than 14 years of Customer Service experience to our team. Beginning her career in e-commerce assisting with customer orders and making her way into the association world where she has spent 8 years assisting in member services, certification, and student support. Originally from Chicago, IL Gloria loves the Blackhawks hockey team, and traveling as often and to wherever possible.

Linda is an accomplished project management professional with over 15 years of experience in project management, program analysis and account supervision. Her diverse skill set in project planning enables Linda to manage the entire client interface from proposal and program design, through to the successful delivery of large-scale, complex programs. She is skilled in all aspects of product development including analysis of IT application development, program analysis, scheduling, purchasing, forecast budgeting, data analysis, risk management and resource oversight. Linda is a Certified Benchmarking Professional (CBP), a Project Management Professional (PMP), and an active member of the KPI Institute and the Project Management Institute.
Maria has spent the past ten years working in the software industry. She has held multiple leadership roles in marketing and website implementation to help build and promote products and companies. Maria brings a passion for design and a wealth of marketing knowledge to the Dynamic Benchmarking team.

Nicole is an account manager with Dynamic Benchmarking and brings more than 15 years of hospitality management in relation to the association realm. From her time spent on hotel properties, she grew her understanding of project and operation management while building and nurturing exceptional client relationships. Nicole assists and guides clients through the development and deployment process within our platform and strives to provide outstanding customer service. As an avid beachgoer Nicole resides in Wilmington, NC and is a proud Penn State graduate. WE ARE!
Ray brings over 20 years of experience working in the technology industry to Dynamic Benchmarking. He has held numerous positions in sales and marketing before joining the executive ranks in 2017 as CEO of BlindHash Cyber. Ray has been instrumental in not only driving the growth of the companies for which he's worked, but also in negotiating successful transitions and acquisitions. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and looks forward to bringing his experience to the association industry.

As Benchmarking Account Manager, Sally works directly with our clients in the management and deployment of their platforms. She helps to guide them through the development of survey questions and benchmarking charts as well as manage the entire deployment process with our development group. Prior to joining Dynamic Benchmarking, Sally was a Director at Millhouse 1889, a software developer, where she was responsible for project and customer management including system set-up, data migration, program implementation, training and support.
