My name is Dan Rusnock and I am the owner and manager of DZRHI. I have been working in residential construction since 1994. Most of this time has been spent as a Production Manager for a custom home builder in Berks county. Here I gained experience and knowledge in all phases of construction as a hands-on manager. My responsibilities ranged from behind the scenes office work as well as time on site working on all phases of construction from banging nails to installing finished flooring. I have taken this experience and applied it to my own business. We are a company that specializes in catering to homeowners with small jobs and complete remodeling projects. We work hand-in-hand with the homeowner through the entire project starting in the beginning with the selection process until the end with the final cleanup and miscellaneous punch list completion.
