At DS&A we believe in helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities reach for the stars! Our disability support agency was among the first to be released by DDD to approve our own Individualized Service Plans. While our home office is in South River, NJ our SC's work out of their homes, learn the local providers and serve consumers in their local community. Our support coordinators receive extensive initial training and monthly training webinars to keep abreast of the latest DDD and DS&A policies and procedures. Our size enables us to provide our SC's extensive human resource, IT and managerial support. Each support coordinator works with a regional Support Manager and Supervisor to provide daily support, advice, on-time plan approval and back-up.
