Mr. Soni has vast experience of 48 years in Oil and Gas Sector. Mr. Soni had worked with Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) for about 35 years and elevatged to the position of Director (Operations), looking after production of oil and gas for whole country. Mr. Soni also officiated as chairman of Gas Authority of India Limited. Business Development is his area of expertise. Mr. Soni holds Master degree in Petroleum Engineering from Moscow.
Mr. Ved Prakash Mahawar is a Mechanical Engineer having BE (Mechanical) with honours degree from Ravi Shankar University Raipur (Chhattisgarh), having 40 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry. He is also a fellow member of The Institution of Engineers (India). He has rich experience of enhancing oil & Gas production and having expertise of fighting oil & Gas well fires & controlling them. During his 36 years of service in ONGC he has been assigned challenging assignments which he has completed in time and in cost effective manner. He worked as Whole-time Director in ONGC Limited during the period from 15.09.2015 to 28.02.2018. Presently, he is acting as Director in various listed and unlisted companies.

Ms. Annu Dhingra is a young interior designer. She holds Master Degree in interior designer. She has been associated with the Company since 9th March, 2023 as an Additional Director of the Company.
