Beatrice Njoroge has over 15 years of experience in Human Resource Management. She's spent years refining her skills and is now an experienced expert in managing people. Her goal is to create workplaces where people love what they do and are willingly go the extra mile, promoting a deep sense of job satisfaction. Beatrice joined East Africa Re in November 2022. Prior to her tenure with East Africa Re, she served as a Human Resource Business Partner at Jubilee Health Insurance. In the foundational years of her professional development, Beatrice held diverse roles within the Human Resources department at Barclays Bank Kenya (now ABSA Bank). She holds a Master's in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Economics and Sociology from the University of Nairobi. She is a certified Human Resource professional and a practicing member of the Institute of Human Resource Management. Her goal is to use her expertise to drive organizational success through effective people strategies and leadership.

Patrick is the Planning & Projects Director of First Chartered Securities Ltd, a private investment holding Company with interests in financial services, logistics, real estate, manufacturing and agriculture. Mr. Peter Maina has over 25 years of expertise in reinsurance management. Since joining East Africa Re in 2012, his leadership has been evidenced with strategic and consistent company growth while maximizing shareholder value. Before EARe, he served as a Senior Program Manager at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Mr. Maina's leadership journey in reinsurance began as an Engineering Underwriter at Munich Reinsurance, in the Nairobi office that was responsible for the East Africa region.He then joined Swiss Re Africa Limited, where he held various roles, including Regional Manager for Nairobi office and Client Manager for several African countries while based in Johannesburg, South Africa. In 2007, he became the Business Partner/Director in the Swiss Re Consultancy unit based in the Head Office, Zurich, Switzerland. Educationally, Mr. Maina hols a Masters of Science from the University of London, a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Nairobi. He is a member of the Fellow of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and serves as an Executive Committee Member of the Africa Insurance Organization (AIO).

served as the inaugural Chief Executive Officer of TransCentury Limited, a Pan-African Investment Company in Nairobi, Kenya. Tasked with developing the management team and establishing operations, Tony led in structuring, negotiating, and acquiring numerous private equity investments across East, Central, and South Africa. As the CEO of ICDC Investment Co. Ltd (now Centum), he spearheaded the privatization of the company's management structure after 32 years under the parent state corporation. Tony built the management team and established operations and systems from inception, managing an equity portfolio of over 40 companies. His responsibilities included originating and executing Private Equity Investments and representing ICDCI on portfolio company boards. Tony's prior roles include being a management consultant at PwC in the economics division and Vice-President Regional Corporate Finance at Citibank Kenya. He holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Georgetown University and a BSc in Agricultural Economics from Wye College (now merged with Imperial College).
