A 30 year veteran of the real estate industry, Dianne White is currently a Senior Portfolio Manager managing a portfolio consisting of approximately 900,000 square feet. The scope of her responsibilities has included multi-million dollar budgets, staff management, construction management of major tenant improvements and capital improvement projects. Ms. White has worked for private and institutional investors along with owners and developers managing office, retail, industrial and multi-family properties. She is experienced in taking a project from the ground up including the development, building construction, tenant lease up and final build-out. Ms. White's excellent customer service skills, ongoing tenant retention and ownership relations directly relates to her success in the real estate industry. She expertly analyzes market demands and prepares short and long-term strategic plans and forecasts for her properties. She has worked with tenants such as AFLAC, Honeywell, Hub International, Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, Colorado Beef Council, Western Dairy Association, International Monetary Systems and the Cherry Creek Arts Festival. A licensed real estate broker, Dianne earned the prestigious R.P.A. designation (Real Property Administrator) from BOMA (the Building Owners and Managers Association) in 1989. She has served on the BOMA Educational Committee in the past and has been a proud member of SOPRA (Society of Real Property Administrators).

Erin Guastini joined Dunton Commercial in 2016 as a Property Administrator and was then promoted to Property Accountant in March 2017. She provides accounting support for a portfolio of 16 properties. Her responsibilities for her portfolio include monthly tenant billing, calculating and tracking CAM billing, processing vendor payments, entering and tracking cash receipts, performing annual CAM Reconciliations, and more. She graduated from American University and worked in Arlington, VA with Vornado/Charles E. Smith as a Lease Administrator before moving to Colorado. She lives in Colorado Springs with her boyfriend and cat and is hoping to add a puppy to the family soon.

Gail Salva

Gail Salva joined Dunton Commercial in 2014 and serves as Accounting Manager. In addition to managing the accounting staff, she provides accrual accounting services for a large, single owner portfolio. As manager, Gail is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of monthly financial reporting and accounts payable invoice processing. She is also responsible for the timeliness of vendor payments, monthly tenant billings, reconciling cash receipts and disbursements and maintaining accounts receivable aging reports. Gail has over 20 years of accounting experience, including eight years in commercial property accounting. She has an accounting degree from Illinois Wesleyan University and spent several years working in the financial services industry. Gail lives in Littleton, Colorado with her husband, two children and two dogs. She enjoys weekend trips to the mountains with her family, reading, and rooting on her Chicago Cubs and Blackhawks.

Mike Pallasch joined Dunton in January 2019 as a property manager. Mike oversees a portfolio of 15+ retail assets throughout the Denver metro area as well as Colorado Springs. Prior to joining Dunton Commercial Mike has worked with Newmark Knight Frank, The Kornfeld Companies and CBRE. While in these roles, Mike performed all management, budgeting, CAM Reconciliations, property inspections, oversaw tenant improvement projects and assisted in leasing and renewal negotiations. Mike has over 12 years of property management experience managing retail, office & receivership properties in Colorado as well as out of state.

As a Principal of Dunton, Nate is responsible for the overall strategic growth of the company and oversees all Investment, Acquisitions, & Business Development functions. Nate has been in the commercial real estate industry for 13 years. Prior to Dunton, he was the Senior Real Estate Asset Manager at Wells Fargo Wealth Management. In his capacity at Wells Fargo Nate sourced, acquired, and managed commercial investment properties for high net worth clients. His Asset Management services included overseeing property managers, leasing agents, contractors, strategic budgeting and business planning, and providing detailed financial reporting to clients. In a previous role with Denver based Summit Investment Management, Nate managed a portfolio of over $100,000,000 of distressed loans and commercial real estate where he was tasked with adding value through foreclosures, settlement negotiations, lease-up of vacant properties, capital projects, and maximizing value through the disposition of assets. Nate has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from Colorado State University. Nate lives in Littleton, CO with his wife and three sons. He enjoys running, camping, golfing, and going to Broncos games with his family.

Prior to acquiring and merging with Dunton in 2017, Taylor acquired a commercial and multifamily property management company, Walpin & Co, in 2014. Taylor grew revenue at Walpin by 300% in 3 years through the implementation of innovative business systems and processes and by driving value for property owners. Before Walpin, Taylor was a Senior Asset Manager with Summit Investment Management. He managed a portfolio of $475,000,000 of distressed and non-performing debt of real estate, agriculture, aircraft, and operating companies. Taylor graduated with honors with a Master's in Finance and an MBA - Concentration in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business. He received a BS in Accountancy from Villanova University.
