Born and raised in Carlsbad, I graduated Carlsbad High School and have forever been a CAVEMAN fan. Along with my husband James, we have raised our children here and have enjoyed the benefits of small town life. My husband James owns and very successfully operates TNT Refrigeration & A/C, LLC, for the last 20 years. Above all, I believe living the dream of running our own Cow/Calf operation at our Ranch, TNT Cattle, here west of town has made this home. All of us that are fortunate enough to live, work, or operate a farm or ranch know there is truly no other feeling like it. I would love to bring this experience to new folks through my real estate career.

Kerri earned her degree in Communication at the University of New Mexico and enjoyed a career in Communication and Marketing at Intel Corporation before becoming a licensed Realtor Ò . She has been a multi-million dollar producer in the Albuquerque real estate market, as well as Carlsbad. Her production in 4 New Mexico counties earned her the 2006 Rookie of the Year award. Since relocating back to Carlsbad, Kerri has secured her place in the real estate community with her multi-million dollar production. In addition, Kerri serves as the Marketing Director at Dunagan's, and she is also the Recruiter/Trainer. Kerri's real estate experience includes relocation, first time home buying, upsizing, downsizing, vacant land and new construction.

Ralph has been in the Carlsbad area since 2012. He moved to Carlsbad from the Dallas/Fort Worth area to be closer to family. Ralph has a degree in Mathematics and has over 17 years of marketing and finance experience at American and Southwest Airlines.
