Born and raised in Eau Claire, WI. After attending Regis High School, I graduated from University of Iowa; Henry B Tippie School of Business in 2002. Married to Matthew Flannery and we have 2 children. During the winter season you can find us at Hobbs or any other rink because we have 2 hockey players. During the summer we spend lots of time at our family cabin in Hayward, WI or on the golf course. After living in Raleigh, NC and Inver Grove Heights, MN it feels good to be back home raising our family in friendly Eau Claire. I'm excited to be a part of the Eau Claire Realty Team!

James is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and has lifelong roots in the in Chippewa Valley. Before his career at Eau Claire Realty, James spent over 8 years in the construction material distribution industry. "My success has always been the ability to analyze the people and process, use that knowledge objectively, and have the vision to guide it into positive results."
James specializes in a wide variety of real estate from commercial real estate sales and leasing, land development, residential real estate sales, and multifamily rentals. As an active fulltime Realtor from 1991 to the present John has local area real estate knowledge and experience gained by participating in over 1,200 Chippewa Valley home sales. As a Property Manager, Roddy manages Eau Claire Realty's portfolio of properties from budgeting, coordinating repairs, tenant move in/move outs and everything in-between. Consistent, dependable, and authentic are just a few words to describe the values Roddy brings to our property management division. Roddy is a graduate of UW-Stout with a BA in Property Management and Business Administration. Before joining the ECR team he spent 5 years developing sites for new Menards stores, and prior to that spent time as a property manager in the Twin Cities. Working with Roddy you will find he is open, honest, and consistent with owners, tenants, consultants, and vendors and will find effective solutions to any issues that may arise. When not busy working he enjoys spending time with his wife Blair, daughter Olivia and son Rodney along with golfing, going to the cabin and rooting for the Packers, Brewers & Badgers!
Meet Ryan Rico! Ryan was born and raised here in Eau Claire, graduated UWEC and has always called Eau Claire home. Ryan has built a wonderful life here in Eau Claire with his beautiful wife Jenny and their 3 energetic little boys! Their family loves spending time at the park, playing board games, being involved with church and enjoying their backyard.
With his family owning a construction company, Ryan was introduced to the real estate industry at a young age. He has firsthand experience of the construction process and what aspects to look for in your next investment property.

Shawn grew up in Chippewa Falls graduating from Chi Hi in 1989. Following graduation he enlisted with the United States Navy and served during Desert Storm until he was honorably discharged in 1993. He returned to the beautiful Chippewa Valley and met his wife Karen and had 3 beautiful daughters. Shawn began his real estate career in 2004 and since then has worked every aspect of the real estate industry representing sellers, buyers and investors in both the residential and commercial market. Much of his success can be traced to his previous work experience in the home improvement industry, which makes him a great asset to both buyers and sellers.
